that wont happen, the temptation of money is just 2 great. Especially with the city refusing to help out, as far as money, its most successful sports franchise, and one of the few things in the public eye that people see as positive about the city. Ide like for it to not be a corporate name, but im sure it will be....just as sponsor logos will eventually find their way onto nhl jerseys, which sickens me.

Ive seen in multiple sources they will pick up their AHL teams name and logo, so i think that will be it.

hahaha great, kook made it i believe. kinda weak that they didnt credit him for it, someone should contact them and tell them to give credit, where it is due.

he plays the roll the flyers want i think. Even with the injury, he def. not on the downside of his career hes only 26, i just think he needs a change of scenery, and adjust his roll(which would occur with a team change most likely. A change of teams can really change a guys style of play, that being said ide like to see him on the wings for the right price, in a grinding roll.

could jiri Fischer be a possibility? not saying he should fill the position, but it could happen someday? I do know he has been great with our young players and prospects.

If stevie builds a winning franchise there, there is no way hes leaving. not to say I wouldnt love to see him here.

guys like tatar and smith should be up next season but im sure they wont be (at least for the full season). I actually think they should have been up at the start of this season (or at least been first callups). Wouldnt you have seen smith patrolling the blue line over salei this season? I have big hopes for callahan, jarnkrok (spelling?) and, pulkinnen as well.
