those were the days ehh? I spend the entire wings game hoping for a fight only to be let down every game, I gurantee a tv viewership increase, and attendence increase if they grow balls. I know ive personally abstained from buying tickets for the last 2 years because of this. i know i wont change anything but, its just so unfun. and dont tell me that veiwers dont love fights, how many people left the coliseum last night disappointed? the only people that should be suspended imo isfor the sucker punch, and the leaving the bench bs.

i didnt say that it doesnt matter, I said it shouldnt. and it shouldnt in drunk driving cases either. the dumbass made the decision to drive and put not only himself in danger, but others as well. a family member of mine were killed by a drunk driver, and guess what? the ******* had been in a drunk driving collision before! and if he was locked up for that they would still be alive sooo..

Should it matter if he was injured? no! For example, thats why i have a hard time with the bertuzzi fuss and suspenion over moore. the only reason he got that suspension is cuz of the injury. There have been other sucker punches that could have just as easily caused just as serious injuries, but since the guy didnt get hurt they get a slap on the wrist. Im in no way saying he shouldnt have gotten a lengthy suspenion, but I am saying that other cheapshots should be handled with the same suspensions. If moor hadnt been so seriously injured how long would he have been suspended? and would people still be talking about it like they do today? and back to cooke, can it accidently happen once and a while? yes of course, but u should still be suspended for a couple games regardless of injuries occuring. but when you do it for the thousandth time you should get suspended for a lengthy amount of time, such as the rest of the season. hes a dirtbag and someone needs to beat his face in! I dont care if he missed the knee which he was prolly going for. This guy has done enough damage to NHL players with his dirty antics. people ***** about avery,and players like him, but cooke is the kind of player that the games doesnt need! I wonder how many total man games this guy has caused lost due to his s***? end rant f*** cooke, and the nhl suspension process.

goaltending, and lack determination by everyone

well the teams that made the finals had players like mccarty, downey, lilja, and drake. this team on the other hand likes to get pushed around. I just dont see the heart and emotion in this team that i have seen in the past. Im not saying get goon pylons (downey) but the team as a whole needs to grow some balls. guys like drake that play with a ton of heart, are contagious I want to see some emotion. Remember the first game of the season against the ducks? the team was pumped they played with heart didnt take s***, and looked like they wanted to be out on the ice! if i was babs i would play draper, helm, eaves,abby and draper the whole game, cuz they actually look like they wanna be out on the ice. bert looks like he would like to go take a nap during the games, and so do half the other players. skill alone doesnt get you wins, or a cup, heart, determination, effort, and a willingness to do whatever it takes does.

The same thing happens to me. its not for a lack of effort, just some days arnt your day you just dont got it, and other days you completely tear s*** up. its not that you being lazy or not trying, just some days you have "it", and some days you don't. Franzen just isn't a consistant player, i doubt hes doing that consciously.
