Honestly, this makes me feel like 1980 Soviets vs. USA. The Wings are the Soviets and are going to win 95 out of 100 games. I would be nervous if it were a 1 game series, because we all know what happened in 1980. But for the Penguins to beat us 4 times is a HUGE stretch. Even if all 7 games were in Pittsburgh.

Dang it. I was hoping Lidstrom, Datsyuk, Helm, Zetterberg, and Lilja would all be out so the Penguins could win a game!!! Wings are dynamite.

Then players start losing their wheels and the trade-off isn't worth it any longer. I'm sorry, but the Red Wings OWNED the Blackhawks. Bad Bounces, my ass. Their goalie stood on his head half the game and kept the Hawks, who looked like they were shorthanded the last half of the third period and all of overtime, in the game. The only reason the Wings didn't smoke the Blackhawks in game 5 was Huet. The Blackhawks were mentally and physically beat down this series. They stole one from the Wings in game 3, but that was all they could muster. I'll listen to some complaining from the Ducks, as they were a good match for the Wings, but the Blackhawks were playing in a league they weren't ready for this year.

I'd say by the start of the game would be a good time to be there.

I had my appendix burst and the staples the doctor put in me after the surgery were causing infection, so I had to leave the wound open and let it heal from the inside out. Took a month. My case was very rare from what I've heard, but it was a royal pain in the ass. I hope Ericsson has the routine kind of appendectomy.
