I didn't say that I didn't want him back. Can some of you people read? I'm just saying that I'm not going to blame any losses to the Ducks on Rafalski being out. And I'm indifferent as to whether he plays anymore in this Stanley Cup run. I've always thought he was gravy training off Lidstrom and more minutes, anyways. Are the Wings better with him in the line-up rather than Chelios? Hell ya. So do I want him back if he's 100%? Well, yah. Duh. But I'm just saying that I'm ok with the Wings not getting him back. All I want to know is if it's going to happen or not. I'm sick of the secrecy and the lack of information. It's really pointless. It's not like the Ducks are sitting in their locker room having a dilema as to how to play if Rafalski is in the line-up or out of the line-up. They're going to come out, run our goalie, hook our forwards, yell at the officials to make sure the game is called 50/50 with power plays, and pray that the Wings keep shooting the puck into Hiller's chest and mitt. The Wings have a lot bigger fish to fry than whether or not Rafalski is in the game, is all I'm saying. I don't think Rafalski would have made this series 3-0 Wings right now. Get my drift?

Rafalski is the kind of guy (small and frail) that gets MANHANDLED in a series like this. Say what you want, but I don't think the Wings benefit all that much from having a hurt Rafalski in the line-up against Anaheim right now. I get what you guys are all saying. Rafalski obviously is a valuable player to the Red Wings, or they wouldn't have paid him 6 million a year. I just don't think that the Wings and their fans should have all this speculation and debate over Rafalski and what his status is. Why not just call him done and move on. The guy is hurt. Let him be hurt, but don't say "maybe monday. No. Not monday. Maybe wednesday. No. Not wednesday. Maybe ...." That's garbage. It's annoying.

Yzerman was ALWAYS hurt in the playoffs. That's why Sergei was my fave. That guy didn't get hurt. You never once heard "Fedorov is playing with a ..." or "We'll see how much this affects Sergei's ability to ..." The guy was a horse, and that's what you need in the playoffs. Horses. Perfectly clean goal for the officials and Bettman. Hiller has no clue where the puck is and it is NOT underneath him. The puck is in clear sight for the whole world to see EXCEPT the OUT OF POSITION Official, and the play gets blown dead without any hint of hesitation for the official. Complete Bullsh!t. THIS IS ALL I WANT in game 4: Pretend the net has 9 blocks, and the top row is 1-3, the middle row is 4-6, and the bottom row is 7-9. For the love of GOD, could the Wings NOT shoot the puck at 1,2,4, and 5?? That's all I ask. Anywhere low or to the blocker side, and I can deal with the outcome of the game. But if I have to see Marian Hossa take 15 shots at Hiller and have 15 of them end up in his chest or glove in game 4, I'm going to put the blame on Babcock for this CRAP we are seeing. I'd rather the Wings take 5-10 GOOD shoots that actually have a chance to score every period than 10-15 that the goalie considers catching practice. They are trying their 2007 strategy on Hiller, and I don't have any idea why? Is 3 games of it not enough to see that it is completely ineffective? The Wings are scoring when there are players criss-crossing and pucks coming from behind the net and off of low rebounds. They are NOT scoring on 35 foot wrist shots to Hiller's glove side. Someone go and get Hossa a right handed stick to use for game 4 so there's no chance of him wasting the Wings' and Wings fans' time anymore.

We won the cup last year because we didn't run into a team with a goalie wearing oversized equipment and officials that don't call penalties. The officials tried to screw us in the finals last year, but the other team didn't have a goalie with oversized equipment. So we won. That was last year. This is THIS YEAR. Well said. BE CONSISTENT. If they're going to call penalties in the regular season, call them in the playoffs too. It's NOT ok for the officials to give the Ducks a free pass on hooking the Red Wings without the puck in the neutral zone. If they'd start calling all that garbage, it would be 10-2 every game. It's frustrating to watch the better TEAM get beat because of bad officiating and ONE player with gigantic equipment. That's not hockey. That's BS.

I don't know why the Wings don't play dirtier. It's frustrating to watch Osgood get run and the Wings do NOTHING about it. If the other team runs the goalie, the Wings should spear the goalie in the spleen with the butt end of their stick. If the Ref doesn't call penalties, the Wings should slap the puck at the Ref's face every chance they get. The Wings need to learn how to play DUCKS hockey. Then they'd truly be unstoppable.

That's why on my Wings jersey, I got "YOU DIE" put on there and number 187. Nobody has said anything back to me after that, no matter how much or when I taunt them.

Somebody PLEASE put a clip up of the Ref standing right next to Getzlaf when the Neidermayer goal happened AFTER Getzlaf slashed Osgood and Neidermayer ran Osgood. I want to see if it's the same stupid ref. If it is, I'm going to lose it.
