    I would not want the Wings dropping and kicking their stick, slamming their stick against the boards, etc. They managed to take half of their top-6 out of the game when they needed them most.

    Emotion like that isn't beneficial to the team. The emotion they showed last game was IMO.

    I think he would get 5m+ on the open market. The problem with trading him is the only skilled (projected) top-6 center close to the NHL in the Wings' system is Jarnkrok. If Z or Dats gets inured (or Dats leaves), the Wings could be short on center depth.

    Before the bank goals, Abby had one of the worst shooting percentages I've seen for a player with ~20 games. I didn't expect his goals to be this nice, but he hadn't gotten any puck luck all season.

    First goal he skated around the D near the faceoff dot, made a quick cut to the net, and put it past the goalie as he was cutting across the top of the crease. Second goal he took a pass near the top of the circles while skating in, got control of the puck, and sniped it.

    Defense. Ducks have the last change and Babs want to spread out his defensive players so each line can compete against the Perry line.
