Tampa is playing trap, and Phily is refusing to play the puck up the ice. On multiple occasions, Philly has slated the puck around their zone for 30+ seconds with no Tampa pressure. During this, the Philly bence has been yelling at the Tampa players on the ice. It's truly bizarre to see live. I'm sure the topic will be all over TSN tomorrow.

It is to increase awareness of Prostate cancer and other male cancers. It is similar to wearing pink for breast cancer awareness. Both are tied to research fundraising as well. Edit: I've got my movember stache going. Anyone else?

The rule is in place because instigating a fight you are forcing a player to fight. In addition, your visor exposes that player to a much higher risk of a hand injury.
