Ref's did all they could to give this game to pittsburgh, just as always there was NO love for detroit. Oh not to mention our third period was equivalent to sweaty balls.

Everyone's asking what did malkin do wrong? Clearly he took a run at zetterburg AFTER the whistle, and before even fighting he began smacking him with his stick, then proceeding to drop the gloves or at least try, before zetty gave him three chops to the mouth.. oh then he brutally attacked a referree, suspension worthy? YES I THINK SO. ps verbally malkin was just saying (STOP OWNING ME DETROIT)

Me and my dad were saying the same things, it's hilarious. Overall great game, I think we were a little sloppy tonight on defense and were lucky it didn't cost us at times. I'd say if we take one of the two games in pittsburgh this series is over, still staying with my prediction in 4 or 5. Also on a side note, i didn't know zetterburgh was a fighter hahaha, anyone else see those last 3 punches he landed on malkins face? nice.. meanwhile malkin was beating on the ref it seemed. LOL.

What the f*** is everyone so frightened about? I'm seeing a lot of weak-willed wings fans in here crying out that pittsburgh wont be easy. Whoever said getting past the ducks was the hardest (AND WILL BE THE HARDEST) series, is simply genius. The east is weak for a reason. Pittsburgh is just proof of that. I said wings in 4 with chicago but can we really count that loss to chicago and say it wasn't from the officials? LOL. Anyways, wings in 4 my personal expectations. 5 at best.

Lol I was hoping for a different team in the east this year. I can't see any reason why pitts will beat detroit this year, either. Most likely going to be a similar series. Detroit dominance in every aspect.

Is this really a suprise? It could have been pitts or the caps either way. East is so weak compared to the west, it's not even comparible anymore.

Lol Hossa and Fil really stepped up for us this game, hoping to close this out on wednesday. Although personally I felt it should have been a sweet. But too late for that now. Golf season awaits Chi-town.

I'm predicting a sweep by the Wings. I see nothing that Chicago can do against us, I mean even if you look at the first goal they scored, that was a huge mistake on Osgood's part. Just my personal thoughts. Wings dominated on all sides of play.
