Esa Pirnes was over a ppg guy in the KHL last season and he has only 31 points in 45 games this season in Finnish SM-liiga.

Filppula will almost reach 50 points already this season if he continues on his post-injury pace.

Some sources say he could miss the Olympics. Pretty weird that there are no injuries in the Finnish roster right now. Bunch of old guys there, and we led the injury replacements category in 2006 olympic too. We've had many injuries this season, but I'm almost hoping that there could be some minor injury (Immonen for example) so that they could name Jokinen in the roster.

That's kinda weird, because almost every Dallas fan at hfboards listed Ott as a guy to get rid of. Maybe they're stupid...

I think there are less goalies in the NHL than defensemen and forwards. If Bruins trade Thomas, it could be Rask winning it. -

I said having Franzen and Zetterberg. "While Franzen was injured". Yeah, that's my point. Datsyuk is a setup guy, not a scorer. And yes, I've watched every I've been able to watch this season.

Sedin-Sedin-Weinhandl Forsberg-Backstrom-Alfredsson Eriksson-Zetterberg-Holmstrom Modin-Pahlsson-Hornqvist I though these were the lines if everyone would be healthy.

Well if those AHL games are played about the same time as NHL games, I dunno if I can watch them very often. I can of course, but I think staying awake for these NHL games is enough for me.

I haven't actually watched a single GR game, but that defense looks good on paper for an AHL team.

And who would want Milan Lucic? The guy is overpaid about 2M. (this isn't an anti-toughness post, the guy is just overpaid)
