LOL. The point was that Helm wasn't the first star in the NHL frontpage and he didn't get any stars in the game itself. The other point was the NHL frontpage's star system is all about points. Helm played well.

I'm happy, but I also focus on the facts.

He's not the top star. He's the third star and those rankings are purely statistical. Meaning for example two meaningless empty netters are more important than a game winning goal.

Thomas or Rask?

Apparently, you guys didn't even watch the game. Leino worked hard every shift of that game. Won the battles in the corners, didn't turn the puck over, created chances, got 4 shots on goal. And if you've watched hockey long enough you'd know that deflections require skill. It wasn't the first deflection goal Leino had here or in his career and certainly won't be the last. Even in that goal, Leino won the puck over to Filppula who passed it to the blueline and after that Leino rushed to the net. I didn't see anything like that from RIIITTOLLAAAA tonight, but guess I don't know these things then...

Stuart was plus/minus +3 tonight.

That one goal doesn't affect that kinda things. The point was that Leino really was good tonight. Won battles in the corners, created chances, had 4 shots, didn't turn the puck over. He really used his own strengths protecting the puck. Now, if he continues that play, I'll have no problem seeing him in the 3rd line with Filppula and probably Williams.

Thought you meant goals from breakaways. If you say someone's in the top5 of shootouts it usually means shootout goals, not shootout attempts.

I totally disagree. He's got many opportunities with his speed earlier too, just hasn't been able to score.

Leino has most shots of the Wings so far. Tied with Datsyuk at three.

He's had a good game overall. Couple of shots, couple of battles won and plays made.

You can also try the vexcast stream if atdhe is lagging or something. It's with Red Wings commentators as well. The quality isn't maybe as good, but it definitely doesn't lag.

Donezo in the Red Wings maybe, but there are many teams that have much worse offense than this team (when healthy). Plus, this isn't even his last year of contract.
