Too bad, the energy they could bring with their rest in a back-2-back game could be good... Hope they are in for game3

I'm in. When I post in these threads, we're 11-0. Good juju. Go Wings!
-
You make no sense. First off, I am not talking about "two teams", I am talking about 4 players - combos. Getzlaf and Perry was harder for our HEALTHY team to shut down. Whereas, Crosby and Malkin were NOT much of a threat (compared to Getzlaf and Perry) after we shut them down. Also remember Lidstrom wasn't injured, Erricsson didn't just come off a surgery, and we had Datsyuk, and Getzlaf / Perry were still putting up points. Crosby and Malkin, on the other hand, just got frustrated and pretty much turned invisible. I stand behind my stance: Getzlaf - Perry > Crosby - Malkin
-
I love the fact that Red Wings can score on demand. This team is freaking incredible!!!
-
It makes me sick to my stomach to say this.. but it's a fact: Crosby - Malkin < Getzlaf - Perry Ducks top lines is more of threat than these bozos.
-
I am SO proud of my team. The big bad Pens couldn't steal a win with all our injuries. They have faced adversity on so many levels and still prevail time and time again. :luv-my-red-wings:
-
Hell no. We don't need you here breeding stupidity. Keep your genes in Pittsburgh, we don't want it here!
-
New word of the day "Salary Cap". Google it. You'll learn that overpaying two players ruins your future depth. See, the really cool thing Kenny Holland does is "draft" talent with crappy picks, and pay them less than they could earn on the open market after we train them into top players. If your GM doesn't have top picks, his scouts don't pick talent. In 5 years the Pittsburgh Penguins will be "has beens", while the Red Wings continue on as the superior organization in the league. Again, your team doesn't need a bigger stadium. Pens will be facing bankruptcy again in 2014.
-
Your organization doesn't need a bigger stadium. Hell, they filed chapter 11 back in '98. After your players get raises, you lose a lot of others. Your organization will soon be hurting again. Count on that.
-
Did Penguins file bankruptcy yet? Oh wait... Well at least Hossa was smart enough to bolt from that clueless organization.
-
Was I suppose to see something impressive? We have 3 guys with more energy that check like that now... Helm, Abs and Stuart. KronWALL on the other hand DESTROYS other players. Can't wait to see Malkin go nighty-night on the ice
-
Also the Penguins organization isn't that good at all either. Did they prepare for a possibility of bankruptcy in recent years? Just think, Penguins could be standing right next to the Coyotes in the bankruptcy line right now... That isn't a good organization, at all. I doubt they'll be a very successful down the stretch either. Their GM doesn't have the ability to keep good players. Remember Hossa bolted quicker than you can say "good bye". That speaks volumes about how ghetto they run things over there.

Get use to it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iqanH27U338 [KronWALL owned Havlet - knocked him the F out - just as he will do to Malkin]

BE.LOUD! And have fun

Face offs. Defensive forward. Speed. Penalty killer. We are better with him, that's for sure. Can we win without him? Hell yeah. Hawks are a better team than Penguins, and we beat them without Lids, Drapes, Ericsson, Dats, Lilja... So we will have no problems taking Pitts.
-
Okay, lets not get ahead of ourselves. If we can beat Hawks without him, we should certainly be able to beat the Pens, they are really not that good compared to the last two teams we sent packing.
-
*IF* their top player (Crosby), top defenseman shot blocker (top 2 PKr dman), and best face off (and defensive forward) were out, and Detroit beat them, would they just "the better team won"? HELL NO! They would flood OUR boards to tell us how "lucky" we were, and that Pens would win if it was healthy. We would get no respect, their forums would be flooded with "Pens would have won if...." and "the better team lost". Yet we're suppose to NOT mention our misfortunes at all in the series? The OP is a freakin MORON (and a hypocrite)!

What does Max Talbot have in common with Brian Campbell?

Just got the memo, LGW's is a "Racism Board" and we are the most "Classless Fans". Meanwhile Pens fans are sexists who use the word "De-****" and hate fellow blue color American's as they continue to make their rude comments about our economic misfortunes. Hypocrite much? -

I wouldn't expect anything less. I've been to Pittsburgh, they are the rudest and most annoying people I have ever met. Calling them classless is a disgrace to the word "classless". -
I'm SO glad our other guys have pick it up. HELM = BEAST FLIP = SHUT DOWN ZETTY = MVP OSGOOD = SOLID HOSSA = MAN ON A MISSION CLEARY = CLUTCH FRANZ = MULE MADNESS KRONWALL = LIGHTS OUT STUART = SHUT DOWN RALFI = DETERMINATION LIDSTROM = NORRIS NIK BIG RIG = ROCK SOLID LEBDA = TORPEDO (aka Bowman's Torpedo Systemâ„¢) ABBY = FREIGHT TRAIN HOLMER = DEMOLITION MAN SAMMY = FIREPOWER Though it'd be awesome to have Datsyuk back, it just make sense to rest him when we have such dominating players.

Give the Pittsburgh Penguin's fans a break, most of them didn't even know they had a team until last year around this time. They have lots to learn... And the Red Wings will school them once again. -
So he's one of those who call the phantom 5 on 3s in a 2-1 game to give the Pens a chance to tie it?
-
Red Wings beat the Ducks. We all knew if DRW's beat the Ducks, we can beat anyone. Pens squeaked by the Capitals in 7, a team that has no defense or depth.
-
How are these refs? Are they Wing killers or are they fair? Referee(s) Paul Devorski-10 & Dennis LaRue-14 Linesmen Derek Amell-75 & Pierre Racicot-65

Oh my! The poster boy has spoken! All hail NHL!!! If Pens don't win, then Bettman can blame the Detroit Red Wings for ruining NHL.
