Do you really think it matters about what the experts say? I hope the Red Wings are as cocky as some of you are. They're in a for a surprise. We're not gonna sit back and let you walk on us. You were obviously the better team last year. This year is going to be a lot closer. Who is gonna come out on top? Who Knows? But the Penguins have a lot more depth than they did last year and they are very resilient.

Yeah the refs are all just trying to win the Pens a cup. Jeez, same old, same old. It's not that the Pens are good. It's just that the refs are conpsiring for the Pens.

Some of you are way, way, way too cocky. But whatever, we'll see what happens.

I think it was pretty close. The Red Wings owned in Games 1 and 2, due to the Pens lack of experience, and the element of suprise you guys brought to us. We hadn't faced anybody that good yet. However, once we woke up after the first 2 games, the total scoring was even at 10-10. think about it, it was damn even after Games 1 and 2. And don't forget the Pens were inches away from putting Game 6 into OT.

Gonchar will be hard to replace. But we have a lot of young and promising offensive defensive players in the minors. When gonchar was out for half the season, Alex Goligoski stepped in from the minors, and he was pretty impressive.

I fully understand the overconfidence. But I don't think you can say s*** about the Flyers and Capitals without having to play them...Why do you think the East is so weak. And I agree the Ducks are a damn good team. But Hiller as the hottest goalie in the league...thats pushing it. The Capitals are not very weak. And Varlamov was playing amazing for the first 3 or 4 games of that series. The Penguins are not just gonna let the Wings push them around again. We've gained a lot of experience ( Thanks to you), and I truly believe this team is better than last years. I've watched the 07-08 Pens and the 08-09 Pens every single game, so I think I am a pretty good judge of that.

Crosby is also 21 years old. I think when Crosby is 30, he will be able to grow one.

You can't just use stats to determine what is going to happen. It's not all about the numbers. Who knows what the numbers are going to look like if they match up against eachother. But yeah, looking at this, Detroit are the definite favorites. But I don't think that stats would tell you that Pittsburgh was going to make it to the SCF, back when they were in 10th place earlier in the season. It's not all about stats. These Penguins have a lot more depth than last year. And the complete ass-whooping you guys gave us last year taught us a hell of a lot. Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying the Pens are going to win ( though I hope). But I think the Wings are going to have a much harder time with them.

Hopefully if we win on tuesday, and you win on Wednesday, they will move thew games earlier, possibly changing the structure of the schedule. Thats why I want both teams to finish their series off.

No shortage of Crosby hate on this board, I see. But I think you will see during this series that he has toned down the whining a bit. And I never said the Pens are going to win, but it's a hope.

Thinking back to that, I think I was pretty upset at the time. If I can remember correctly, I think he did leave his feet. But it's really not uncommon for people to leave their feet when they hit anymore. In the regular season, I would probably consider it dirty. But everything changes in the playoffs. You can get away with a lot more. Matt Cooke does it pretty often. I guess that is playoff hockey for you.

I actually didn't have that much of a problem with it. He didn't leave his feet from what I can see. Thats the only time I ever have grief with a Kronwall hit(when he leaves his feet), but he didn't this time. So, I actually didn't see much wrong with it.

I will certaintly try my best. Don't let some idiot Penguins fans make you think we are all like that.
