That's because they are the main ones involved in all of the Pens scoring. Malkin has tons of assists, mainly because he is a good passer, and Detroit (in my opinion), didn't put enough pressure on him in game 3 or 4. Crosby is a dangerous scorer and play maker too. They need to shut these guys down, and when they do, the Pens will lose much of their offense. Also, I feel that the Pens rely on these guys too much.

Damn, they looked so tired out there..... Pitts really made them pay. It seems like they are good up until like half-way through the 2nd, then they are dead tired. Hopefully this isn't the case game 5, because Pitts is going to be looking for every weakness.

I don't know if this is 100% fact, so please correct me if I am wrong. I have noticed that almost every fan in Mellon Arena is in fact a Pitts fan. During game three I only was able to pick out one Red Wing fan. I also remember hearing last year that they were only letting Pitts fans into Mellon, and looking at drivers licenses when people were purchasing tickets. There was definitely Pitts fans at the Joe during games 1 and 2. That is extremely poor sportsmanship, and Pitts deserves to lose if this is the case.

I feel that having this Wednesday off will help the Wings recharge their tanks. They don't have to worry about coming into Pitts, so they can get more rest than the previous day off.

I hope that is not true... Everyone in the crowd noticed that 6th player on the ice, they got nice and quiet. I find it hard to believe that 4 officials didn't notice that. Now we find out the linesman actually said "get off the ice" to the 6th man? Wow. No wonder why there are conspiracy theories.

That no call on the 6 men could've cost them the game... Who knows, with that power play they could've been up 3-1 instead of tied 2-2. I don't see how they missed that.

Just because the Red Wings are being out-shot doesn't mean that they are all quality shots. It seems like the Panicguins are getting desperate and throwing everything at the net. Kind of reminds me of the Blackhawks series, some of the games, I think the Wings were out-shot..

How could you say that you're a Wings fan? Shouldn't you be rooting for your team to win, no matter what? I don't care if they are down 3-0 in the series, I would still be optimistic and believe they could pull it off. My point here is that, if you are a real fan, you wouldn't be pondering a Red Wings loss of this series (ESPECIALLY since they are up 2-0). Sounds like you would make a better Penguins fan.

My opinion is that if Dats and Drapes are OK enough to be skating and practicing, chances are they will be good to play soon enough (possibly game 2 or 3). If their injuries were any worse, I don't think we would be seeing them in good spirits (knowing that they won't be playing in the final).

It is about turning negative energy into positive. I found it as a time to show a positive video about Konstantinov and show how this team turned the negative of his injury into a positive.

They can talk all the s*** they want... Konstantinov has made a great recovery in my opinion. This just adds to the Wings depth. This is a great video:

I thought Chelios had a little jump in his game last night. He looked younger than 47. I guess that playoff hockey brings out the youth in you. Not only that, but, last night could've been his last game too. Perhaps his step up in play shows that Lids, and Ericsson will be back next game.

Perhaps Lids didn't want the Swedish reporter to know that he wasn't injured, and walking past the Detroit reporter just fine was an accident... Of course he wants Pitts to think he is injured, and then crush their hopes when he returns game 1.
