I thought you had to have a lot more than one cup, and have to continue to make the playoffs for years before you start the dynasty talk about a team. I think Pens fans are getting a little bit to far ahead of themselves right now.

A little thing called Copyright keeps that from happening as Ilitch owns the copyright to the name Hockeytown USA. League can't do anything towards the name Hockeytown, it will stay in Detroit.

He played well through the playoffs. It was only one bad game too bad it was game 7 of the SCF, but the team didn't seem to show up as well.

I'm staying away from TSN and other Canadian sports channels until the start of next season.

It all makes sense now, I can't believe that I never saw that before.

We will have the main core of our team and depending on the choices Kenny makes we may have all but Hossa for next year. It's time to look to the upcoming season instead of looking at what could have been.

I think Stuart is taking what happened pretty hard without us riding his ass. He knows that this was maybe his worst game he's ever played in a Wings jersey. He'll come through for us next season don't worry.

In the end it doesn't matter, all that counts is the final score. Lets move on with our lives and look towards next season. -
Congrats to the Pens they deserved the victory. I'm not happy that they won, but they out played us in game 7 and deserved to win.

Stuart had the wrong time to have a bad game, but it's the rest of the team that should have won game 6 when Ozzy gave us a chance, and tonight the team except Ozzy played like they didn't want it. Stuart had a lot of big games for us to take us to the finals so lay off him IMO.

Osgood was the only reason that the last two games were in arms reach for us. Wings fans we must remember that Ozzy always comes through for us in the playoffs. Ozzy gave us prime chances at the cup and we couldn't take advantage of it. I wonder if some dumbass will blame Ozzy for the Wings not winning the cup? Thanks Ozzy for showing us that you wanted to win another cup each and every game.

I'm pissed that I agree with the fact that the pens deserved to win. There's always next year.

I really hate congratulating other teams, but the Penguins outplayed the Wings and therefore won the cup, so congrats Penguins and their fans. Wings are still the best team to me. Lets go Wings in the 2009-2010 season.

I don't care about Crosby, Wings didn't show up until it was too late. I feel bad for Ozzy who played his heart out every game of the playoffs.
