The translation isn't great (via google) but here it is for anyone interested; He is newly engaged and have not trained at all autumn. But Peter Forsberg to make a new attempt at a comeback. The final cut. - Yes, it does not work this time, it is definitely over, "he says. On Tuesday, trained Foppa with Modo juniors and Yesterday, he played a tribute match for the legend Sven Tumba. The first few times he has been on ice throughout the fall. There has been a conscious choice to give his right foot three-month rest from all that hockey is called. - Yes, that's a test and we'll see how it reacted, says Foppa. How was the first practice? - I worked one and half hours with the b-juniors in Modo on Tuesday. And I was stone dead afterwards. Sometimes one wishes that it were just seventeen again, says Foppa. "Give it a few weeks" So what's the plan now, when? - I'll give it a few weeks and it feels okay, so you could start thinking, but it does not look particularly bright. Chances are good about this big, "says Foppa and presses her index finger against the thumb. The door can not even enter a straw. - And I was not very keen in this match either. Even the Cape went from me. But if it would be good - where can you, if so, would like to play? - I have not even thought along those lines. I'll take these weeks now and go a bit and feel for. That's all. I have not even thought of hockey last few months. Just look in my trunk. It is full of tennis balls. But what did you do in autumn? - I have engaged myself. And it is time consuming. Since it has been mostly daily chores. Yes, Foppa thrive even with a life without hockey and with his new girlfriend Nicole Nordin. He is also in a great mood. Wanted to sneak Started But now it's his last comeback attempt that will take up his time in the next few weeks. He was well liked to sneak a little running in the background, but he could not say no when Sven Tumba was hailed in Ishuset in Tumba. - I felt I must be there for Tumba. I know him of old. I've gone a few rounds of golf with him and he has been up with me in E-bay and played at some point too. It makes me happy every time you see him. It was also the start of the last bet on a comeback. For that's the last one? - Yes, the final cut. I promise, "said Forsberg.

Anyone going to the game against the Oilers on Thursday?
-
Nice pass by Cleary. Good chance.
-
Have you ever seen anyone hold onto the puck for as long as he does? While some players hold onto the puck for awhile so they can make a pass, watching Kane, you know he's waiting till he can get a shot for himself. Blues in 1st and have won 8 in-a-row.

Fun Fact: With the Wings win in Edmonton last week, they took the edge in the all time series. It was their 109th regular-season meeting between them, with each team having a 46-46-13-3 record in the series. Guess if Edmonton wins on Thursday it will be all tied up again. (Going to the game, let's hope they don't). How good has St. Louis been. The addition of Halak has really given them some confidence. Think I'm going to watch them play tonight.

He just finished his post game interview with the guys on CBC After Hours. Is there anyone classier in the NHL?
-
Cleary sure is playing a strong game.
-
That was a pretty sweet re-direction
-
That wasn't so good.
-
great bounce off the boards!!
-
On CBC they're saying its off his body!! Good goal!! Go WIngs.
-
Looks like a goal by Cleary. Think he's just reacting not making a motion towards.
-
s***. Was just going to say, pretty even period, despite lack of scoring. Check that.

Anyone else watching the Breeders Cup today? Think Zenyatta will go 20/20?? Here she was in the 2009 race: Race time: 6:15pm. Of course if we don't see a great race, we can enjoy the Jockey's "playing"; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lujax6gMAqU

In the unlikely to scrap category....now add Crosby vs. Getzlaf. Not exactly a scrap, but someone must have eaten Crosby's Lucky Charms, cause he's ornery lately. So much for the good memories from Vancouver last winter. Why oh why can't there be a mic on the bench. I'd love to hear what Getzlaf said to Crosby after that slash.

I absolutely hate the idea. Perhaps I'm a dino in that regard but I don't see the need. There is a human element (refs) that I think is necessary. Sure they get it wrong sometimes but I think if you go with a 'coach's challenge', the flow to the game will be destroyed. I'm not a big fan of the idea. Just my 2 cents.

That is fantastic and doesn't surprise me. 1st class organization. Hope your brother is doing well.

Good point. (started 11, played in 12). Looks like it's going to be 3-9-1 in 10 minutes.

My bro was at the Rangers game. Said it was pretty good. Only original 6 match up I've seen was Boston/Detroit last November. The Devils record is bad (3-8-1) but who would have thought that they'd have a -19 goal differential. Marty's started every game. What the hell is going on? How about those starts by Tampa & L.A. Which of those two teams, if any, impress you?
