I really don't like it when any fan chants that another player (or team) "sucks". I really think it's classless. If they truly "sucked" they wouldn't be in the finals. Not to mention that, while I can't stand cry baby Crosby, he really doesn't suck. He's a great player with superb skills. He needs to grow up. I have attended games at other arenas and can't stand it when they chant that about the wings. Not because they are "my team" but because they really don't suck.

obviously the Pens poster has never met Mr. Lidstrom. The man is the classiest, most humble person I've ever talked to. As far as his on ice talent--"Norris Nick" says it all. The man is the best d man in the league--if not all time. He has a great sense of stick movement and defends with the least physical contact in the nhl. The poster is just angry because Nick has shut down their cry baby. Basically, he's the best baby sitter in the league--on skates.

I purchased a jersey from ebay that I thought I got a great deal on. When I received it, it was cheaply made, did not have the cup patch on it (that I paid for), and was smaller than normal size. I tried to contact the seller and was never responded to...the mailing address was Shanghai... Good luck with the jersey from China. I figure it's a rip off--no matter what the price is. BTW--It was a Zetterberg jersey.

I hate to be a buzz kill, but I'm very much OK with Sammy being out (although I do hope he's not injured). IMO Sammy is a liability most of the time he's on the ice. He gives the puck away too often. Yes, he does get some clutch goals, I'll give him that. But, he's fed pretty passes most of the time. He usually doesn't return that favor--even with open team mates. I don't like him on the pp but I understand why Babweenie puts him out there. I'm not usually a player "basher" but I feel that Drapes back in and Sammy out is a good thing. Drapes brings speed and face off wins on the penalty kill. We are in need of both. I think that Leino, Helm and Abs have been very strong on the ice. Actually, I think they are messing with the Pens just enough that the defense isn't sure who to concentrate on. That's why they are scoring. They are putting added pressure on the Pens defense and I LOVE it!

I'm so happy for Justin! He has been my son's favorite since MSU days. Last year, when my son wore his Wings Abdelkader jersey to the Wings games, everyone asked him who Abdelkader was. No more! Now they KNOW who Abs is. JD is proud to have a signed Wings Abs jersey. His face beams when he sees him on the ice. Not only does Justin have mad hockey skills--but he's a kind hearted person with a wonderful soul! This guy has done more for kids with cancer in the Lansing area than anyone I know. True kudos for Justin!!!!!! He shines inside and out!

I don't like it either--but we have to remember, at least the Pens are traveling. I know it's not East to West, but it's still travel (hotels, less sleep than at home, etc). That's at least one advantage in our favor. To me, one extra day of rest, but having to travel is about even.

I think that the Pens had a MUCH easier series with Carolina than we did with Anaheim. A sweep of the Hurricanes is like a sweep of the kitchen floor for heaven's sake! We'll be fine. We have the defense to take care of the Pens and their cry baby. The Boys just have to bring it and hit hard--from the start!

Darren certainly should have been rewarded with the gwg. He deserved it! His tenacity was awesome. Good for him.

Reports say that Nick will be playing on Saturday but that Dats and Johnathan are game time decisions. I can't imagine that Big E "won't" be playing. He wants to get back out there and earn his sc ring! Wings in 5--Hossa will come up big against his former team and the cry baby will fall apart against our defense. Malkin will need to be watched.

They can beat the hawks without Dats and Nick tonight. They're resting them so that they are back to their stellar selves when we take on the Pens in the finals.
