There will be no Saturday for me.

I know that most of us are Wings fans here and we expect the Red Wings to win the cup on Friday. I just have one question. I want completely honest answers and not 100% just because you are a Wings fan. On a scale of 0% to 100%, what do you think the Wings chances are of winning on Friday and why. I say it is at about 75% right now. The two penalties that they killed tonight show they can step up if really needed. Pittsburgh has only scored 2 goals in Detroit in the finals so far and the Wings have only lost 1 game at home in the playoffs.

Still getting nervous as it approaches. Can't focus on anything but this game right now and I hope that the players are the same way. (The focus part not the nervous part)

If you are at any point nervous before the game on Friday watch that video and all your worries will go away. hahaha so funny.

Im bumping my earlier confidence level of 75% up to about 85% just because everyone else is so confident. Everyone elses' confidence just reassures and strengthens my confidence. Edit: Make that 90% because it's fate. My username is the mule and I was post #93. Coincidence? I think not.

This will be an even harder loss to bear for the Penguins than losing game 6 would of been. To be only 1 win away from the cup and then lose is heart breaking.

48 hours until game 7 and I still remain very confident in the Wings ability to win this game.

Wilbon and Cornheiser don't know squat about hockey just like everyone else on ESPN.

That's one reason I made this thread is so that we will all be a little more comfortable about Friday.

If I were going to the game I would make that 100%.

All I know is that if this game goes into overtime on Friday, I don't know if I will be able to watch.

I got there just in time. About 15 minutes after I got there there was a line wrapped around the block. Such a fun time despite the loss and will be back for game 7.

This also isn't 1972-2008. Anything can happen Friday.

Barring the results of Friday's game I will either be on high suicide watch or in the hospital from partying too hard.

Another thing, if Crosby touches the cup I will not be able to cheer for the Wings to win it ever again due to the cup being contaminated. They would have to wash the cup hundreds of times before I could deem it clean again.

Give it everything you got. I want the Red Wings to play so hard that they are almost too tired to lift the cup after the game. You have all summer to recover from the hardest played game in your life.

CBC is the better of the two. How can you simply only listen to a possible Stanley Cup clinching game. If NBC was my only option that is what I would be watching but I am fortunate to have the option of CBC. And you can just get another TV and be able to watch both the Tigers and the Red Wings.
