Samy has good games and bad games...somtimes i love him and sometimes i hate him. He is just not that reliable. and Drapes adds a great centermen/faceoff man to the lineup. Now I wasn't to impressed with Holmer so maybe moving him around is also going to make him better. He just seemed slow I donno if he's playing hurt or if it was just cuz pavel wasn't there. I don't wanna say it and we need Pav but I'm pretty sure he's done for the playoffs. That is a HUGE loose for us and when we win the Cup we will once again have proven our depth. GO WINGS!!!!

Ii started getting a soar throat around noon saturday...by satruday nite I felts horrible and sunday it was a full blown out cold. Yesterday I must have slept 18 hrs at least and still had huge black rings under my eyes. Still got a stuffy nose/cough/soar throat today. But feeling a little bit better. I swear the wings made me sick cuz I'm so nervous. But I believe in my boys and we got this. We won June 4th last year and I feel June 4th will be the magical day again this year. Last year I was at joe vision and this year I will be there again. With my box of tissues that I've been carrying around for 4 days.

We know we need to win this one. This might be hardest win of the series. We gotta come out strong from the beggining and play a hard game all 60 minutes worth. We got this. I don't think he'll play game 3...he might play game 4 but it'll depend on the outcome of game 3.

They used to have it during every away playoff game...but now they won't have it unless it is a clinching game. So maybe on Thursday. Tickets wouldn't go on sale till Wednesday at 3pm. And they are still only $5. I used to go all the time and was there for a lot in 1997 and 1998. 1998 was sold out when we won it was awsome. I was there last year for game 6...it was like 3/4 empty but still fun. If we have it on Thursday I will defantley be there.

What about the fact that we missed half the face offs in both games cuz they where to busy bringing replays.

Zetterberg-C Datsyuk-A Franzen-A Franzen just signed that long contract...do you really thing we wouldn't be an assistant captian?

See that's what we mean when we say depth. Pens try and be sneaky and put Crosby out there against our 4th line. Well sorry you still suck.

Offcourse they have to complain about something. It wasn't that the Wings played better and deserved the win...it was that the boards made the puck take funny bounces or that the reffs didn't call certain penalties...or that the ice was bad...or cuz or cuz or cuz. Why can't they just man up and say...hey we lost fair and scare the wings where better then us tonite. But that is expecting to much I guess. All that matters is that we won and we don't care what the media or anyone else has to say about it.

So just seeing who else is superstitious out there. I've seriously been wearing the same t-shirt during every playoff game since 1998. I do wash it in between. Here are some pics...as you can see it is showing 11 yrs of use. And I'll be wearing it tomorrow night.

I've been there twice...Once during a wings game. Got tickets that included "Become an Olympia Club member for a day". My dad and I ate there before the game. It was pretty good, but this was probably close to 8 years ago or so. The other time I was there during a "not red wings game" event. It was when the Rockers soccer team used to play there. Probably no one here knows who they are...it was in the late 1990s. The guy I was dating at the times best friend was the music guy and his dad the announcer so after the game we all went down there and they had more music and stuff.

Yes...I hear you. I was there in 1998 for like 5 games. Some in the first couple rounds and then games 3 +4. Game 4 which was sold out. SOLD OUT and the wings wheren't even there. It was the greatest nite of my life. After loosing last year in game 5, I called up my dad. (Who I always go with). And told him I don't care what your doing for game 6 but we're going to Joe Vision, the boys need us. Now they are only doing it for "Clinching" games. That is crap...I love Joe Vision.

NBC sucks. And the behind the net camera angle is the worst angle in the world. It always makes me mad when they show that angle. You can't see the whole ice...you have no idea what is going on on the other side of the ring. It's horrible.

Wings 4-3. Hank, Hossa, Cleary and Lidstrom. They'll be down by two goals with 1:30 to go and get some like last year...but that's all. I believe in my boys! They know they have to play a full 60 minute game and play their best game of the playoffs. We can't show them any mercy or give them any momentum. But we will have to listen to Crosby CRY. As long as we win (which we will) I can deal with that. Plus I have the game on mute anyways and 97.1 in the background.

The Canes should have never been in the Easter Confrence finals...so offcourse the Pens beat them in four games. It would be like us playing Columbus in round 3. They think their so great...kinda like Towes and Kane last series. Well we will shut them down.

Yes and don't forget how he tells us things we would never know. Example: Wings Score. "Pierre, what is the mood down there right now?" "Well the wings bench seems to be doing a lot of talking and have more energy. The Pens seems to be very quiet and seem more tense." Really? Wow thanks for that I would have never guessed. Plus hes like 5 feet tall and where these huge suits with shoulder pads and tries to make himself look taller. Pierre is the most worthless announcer in the world...but then again all the NBC/Versus announcers are garbage.
