I'd love to see him here, but I don't see why he would. To move somewhere for only a year seems senseless.

It's funny how fast people changed. At the start of the season, everyone couldn't wait for him to come back, if ever. The guy didn't play hockey for a year and now all of a sudden everyone expects him to be the greatest thing ever. That just doesn't happen. Give the guy a break.

I think he knew he was always going to stay here. He just wanted that feeling of mixing it up somewhere else. Detroit is the place for him.

That's what I can't stand. I love the fact that the name for the arena comes from some piece of Detroit history. The next one will be a corporate name with the fattest wallet.

Stamkos really deserves to be on a better team than Tampa Bay. Voted for Datsyuk anyways though.

I hope so. I need another year at the Joe. Why not just fix it up? It doesn't look bad on the outside, and the inside isn't as near as bad as everyone says. Just needs a fresh coat of paint.

Great season guys. Already looking forward to October. Lidstrom, you need to stay for at least one more year. Howard, you did fantastic this year all the way down to the last second on the clock.

If we wanted the game at 7 when were at their building, it'd only be 4 there I believe. Wouldn't you be pissed if a game was at 4 here? That would suck. They have home ice advantage, they should be able to start when they want, just like we do here.

Just because he's doing good on another team, doesn't mean he'll do good here. You need chemistry and he just didn't have it here. Look at Sammy. He's been great this year but wasn't anything special last year with us. You don't change that much over night. I'd take Kopecky over Leino, but that isn't saying a whole lot.

I couldn't believe how out of control that game was. I stopped watching after the 2nd because I already knew Chicago had that game. Luongo was too focused on Byuflin (sp?) to stop pucks. They need to pull it together to try and win this series. Although I don't see that happening.

I hope so. We don't need Williams awfulness on the team. Even if Ritola did nothing to really help us out, it's better than Williams screwing us up.

I got pumped for that last goal with like 38 seconds left. Too bad they couldn't win it though.
