AUCKING FWESOME!!!!!! I haven't laughed that hard in a while.. thanks, man. Back to Kronwall, appreciate the sentiment, but NOT a good idea "helping" a victim of a Shea Weber slapshot like that. WHERE TF were the officials on that one? I'm seriously baffled by the sheer idiocy of some of the officiating crews that are put on the ice at any given night.

It'd be good for travel, but bad if they let their kids skate circles around them. Ericsson and Rafalski, especially. Dats and (especially) Zetterberg are just absolute machines in the playoffs, and I think Toews and Kane would be as shell-shocked as they were in '09. Oh, and Helm, FTW.

Who is doing the scheduling? While the breaks are nice, 3 games in 4 nights is NEVER fun. At least the travel is tame: home, Columbus, off, Nashville. As Vancouver is uncatchable, will the Wings settle for a 2nd, 3rd or other place finish?

Ovechkin OBLITERATED by a Datsyukian hit after Pavel makes a Datsyukian deke around Mike Green, where Ovechkin is clearly charging Dats, lining him up. Pavel then DESTROYS Alexander Semin with a Datsyukian fight, in which Pavel simply trades punches with Semin, Probert-style. Semin, fighting the way he fights, only lands hammerfists to Dats' shoulder pads... none of which fazes Pavel, who then skates to the penalty box, signaling his championship belt around his waist.
