    Now i've seen everything

I remember Rob Stauber doing this for the LA Kings a decade ago...

    Excellent non-Wings GDT!!!

Gotta say, I love living in Buffalo. I miss San Diego at times, but more for the food (and the weather in the winter).

WHAT??? BABCOCK IS GOING TO OTTAWA???? WTF!!!!!

    Kronwall and Rafalski

I said it before, but earlier in the season, when the Wings were destroying everyone, I had to tell myself to take it easy, sit back and enjoy the talent we have in front of us. Good to see Kronner getting Kudos, but Rafalski has been terrific (though I'm glad he's not on the PK very often). Good thread.

    Cleary

There is no way he has gained his weight back, let alone strength. This really is a foolish thread. Thank you. Fearless Dan probably won't be able to play as effectively as he did last year, but last night was the first game I really thought he was playing close to his usual self.

    Chelios OR Lilja

Chelios. While I wouldn't kill someone giving him a night off and inserting Meech or even Ericsson in the line-up, I think Chelly and Lebda have solidified their current pairing for now. Sorry, Pain Train.

Where the hell does Forsberg get off.....

This is exactly right, and Foote is (as usual) getting away with a lot of s*** that would (in the regular season) normally get you a roughing minor. Tough play in front of the net I can't complain about, because I wish we had more of it, but the s*** in the corners pisses me off. Just win the battle, you big baby.

Wilson blows a gasket: bashes TSN, Canada

San Jose is northern California. Different atmosphere. Same "nobody in the state knows who he is" attitude.

    Bravo!

Great fill-in. Kopecky's loss hurts much less. He's been more effective overall than Kopy probably would be. He and Huddles are making the 4th line shine!

    Game 3 strategies

Splitting D and Z is probably a necessity. Z will definitely help Franzenstein's numbers, though the Mule has been doing a fine job by himself (see goal #2). More of the same from the Wings. Game 3 must be approached with the same intensity. The Avs will probably be broken mentally with a loss on Tuesday.

    GDT - 4/27/08

I hate basketball. I have the Center Ice package, so I accidentally have the MLB package, so I can watch for now... it'll have to do.

LOL, after Z's goal I had to get up and pour a drink... ... I'm not kidding.

Respect for the Red Wings and their fans

Welcome, hockey fan. To quote Ivan Drago: You will lose.

    Another early exit is near

I was very confident, just like I am now. I pick the Wings in 6, but if we're tied at 2-2, look for me to crumble like Marty Turco at the Joe. That is exactly what I would call myself. Edit: "tied at 2-2"
