Me, too. If I hadn't had so much fun watching the open practice, I'd say that I wish I'd saved for playoff tickets instead of going at the end of last month. This surprises me.

I was just in Detroit for two games (Friday/Sunday) and the open practice, or I'd come in from Buffalo. This will be the only blemish on our postseason should the Wings win the Cup - more people showed up in Anaheim for their games.

You guys seem to forget that Soupy is rooming with his buddy Joe Thornton right now. He is VERY happy to be out of this mess here in Buffalo, and if the Sharks go deep, I think he, like Jumbo, will take a discount to stay on a winning team. Would I like to see him in Detroit. Holy f*** YES!!!

They were talking about Miller today on WGR550. His interview made it sound like he's going to see how the Sabres treat Paul Gaustad and Jason Pominville before/during/after his negotiations. They really made a mess of the Drury/Briere/Campbell contracts here, so they will aggressively try and keep Miller. I was listening to Jimmy Howard and the Griffins play on Sunday. I think they should continue developing him. The fans here are starting to worry about Miller and the occasional bad goal he lets up.

Miller is called Mr. Softee here in Buffalo.
