I hate back to back games with a passion...our record is none too pretty...something like 3-8. That being said, we are playing the worst team in the league, so with any luck we can pick up a win and two points. Let's hope we play well in front of Jim, and didn't expend all our energy last night. I'd love to see Pasha get to 100 goals tonight, that would be so cool. He is so due for a hattie. I didn't get to watch the game but I heard most of it on XM. I walked into K-Mart in Midland, and when I came out it was 3-0. Walk into Wally World in Saginaw and I told my hubby, "I expect to see 4-0 when I come back." What do I get? 6-1. Way cool! Good day all around, we win, Pasha gets a goal, and I get a new digital camera! YAHOO!!!! By the way, I missed it...how did Conroy get a four-minute double minor? What exactly did he do? I was too tired to watch the game and see it, so I guess I'll have to watch it again tomorrow when I'm more awake. Good effort tonight, gang!!!!!!!!!!

I too dislike back to back games...I think our record on them is something like 3-7, which is brutally painful. I hope we have enough left over to stake Joey to a good lead and then sit on it by playing some good defense. Pasha is only 7 points away from 300 in his career, and I'd love to see him inch that much closer to it (3 goals away from 100, and 4 assists away from 200 - not bad) Latest I have heard on Markov is that he might play tonight, it's probably gonna be a game time decision. My vote, hands down...Pavel Datsyuk The man has smooth moves, he's deceptive, has a talent for stripping the opponent of the puck in a heartbeat, great hands, and has a wonderful knack for making a goalie look as limp as cooked pasta. Off the ice, he is kind, gracious, polite, generous, shy and soft-spoken...and has gorgeous eyes, a great smile and a good sense of humor. What's not to like?
