If I had to choose between the three, I'd say Drew Miller. Between he and Patrick Eaves (up until this last stretch of time), they have been steady on the penalty kill.

King Crane, thank you for backing me up on the veterans thing. If they want to do something nice for them, why not play the song that is associated with that branch of the military. Each branch has their own song. I'd much rather hear "Anchors Aweigh" or the Marine Corps song than I would some stupid, sappy, phony piece of crap.

1) When we are at a game, my husband is in a wheelchair. He doesn't need it all the time, but in crowds, if someone jostled him the wrong way he'd be down on the floor with no feeling in his legs (degenerative form of arthritis in the back). No one has courtesy for wheelchair fans. They walk in front of you, they run into you, they don't care. I'd love to be able to bring his service dog with us, but no way in the world would I do that. Poor Loki would be trampled to death. 2) I swear to God, if I have to hear that damned "God Bless the USA" song again, I'm going to barf. It's nice to honor active duty people, but do we have to hear that crap song...it's as phony as a three dollar bill. I hate it with a passion. 3) Karen Newman. I'm surprised the Humane Society hasn't busted her for cruelty to animals when she sings (or rather, butchers) the anthem. At least at home, I can hit the mute button. I know #2 is gonna get me in a lot of dutch with some people here, but I can't help it. That song is so nauseating it should be banned from the airwaves.

These two have seen more split-ups than a divorce court. Just do something that will put Cleary out of the mix, and maybe things will improve.

I guess his theory is, if it ain't broke don't screw with it. Unfortunately, goalies are starting to catch on. So maybe it's time to pull a new trick out of the bag. He's got enough of them to do that, it's just finding the one that hits the spot.

MacLeod is a repeat offender. Unfortunately, that doesn't mean that right will prevail. I'll believe it when I see it, but I'd like to see at least 5.

I will be sad to see Luke head back to GR, but it will probably be for the best. I want to see Patrick stay, because he's always been good on the penalty kill. Personally, I'd like to see Cleary given his walking papers. He should never have come back in the first place.

He's a good hardworking kid, the type of player that Mike Babcock craves. He's also a very nice fellow. I met him at camp, and he was saying, "I'm not famous yet." "Don't worry, We can say we knew you when." And he likes my doggie, so he's thumbs up in my book, and paws up in Loki's.

I'm surprised you haven't posted the one where Pasha dekes two Sharks and puts them on a collision course with each other. Makes me laugh every time I see it.

Why can't we find some unsuspecting suckers to trade Cleary to? Seriously, I wish he wouldn't have bothered to come back.

My friends have a yellow Lab named Hank...his litter mate is named Stanley and is owned by Justin Abdelkader's sister Jamie. Why not go with Stanley?

If you live in Michigan, they will black out Wings games on NHL. Even if you live outside of the Detroit area. Sucks, but there you are. That's why I have the complete package...everything.

Unfortunately, Scamway still has Grand Rapids by the short and curlies, and there isn't a thing we can do about that situation.

Thank the powers that be we don't have to put up with Scamway anymore. And someone asked what's wrong with DTE...well, other than my sister and brother-in-law both work for them, they fall under the Ernestine school of thinking (for those of you too young to remember Lily Tomlin, Ernestine the telephone operator was one of her characters)..."we may be the only (insert your own greedy) company in town, but we screw everybody."

My housemate believes it will be against Philly. Why? It's on NBC, owned by Comcast, who also happen to have a vested interest in the Flyers. Go figure. I'd love to see Denver have it, and maybe Avs-Wings. Or Minnesota, and maybe the Wild- Stars or something. That could be a neat matchup because of the history involved. Or even New York, Rags-Isles. I can dream, can't I?

I'd love to see Igor Larionov, Slava Kozlov and Slava Fetisov play one last game together. I mean, gee, while we're under the wishing tree...
