We always sit in the top of section 106 (wheelchair accessible)...the two ushers who work that section are sweethearts. We're just to the right of the penalty box and across the arena from the benches. I always get some good shots from there, and Herb and Shelley are great people to work with.

Now where will we find the scintillating entertainment value in watching the Coyotes? Whine Gretzky was the most fun to watch when he popped his fuses. Oh well, don't let the door kick you in the ass on the way out.

I don't really like them slamming Pasha for winning the Byng...there is not a damned thing wrong with winning that award (despite what micah thinks)...I think anyone who wins that award should be proud, considering the history of the award itself.

Tomas got the chance to play on the line with Pasha last night and he was good...they clicked. Big time. He's got a great upside, and wherever he plays will be improved with his presence.

Unfortunately some seem to think that the Byng is a "wuss" award. Nothing could be further from the truth. But they will never be convinced otherwise.

Interesting invite. And two points for the record...one, Pasha doesn't have a cocky bone in his body...never has had one. Two, with all due respect, micah, maybe Derek needs to pound some sense into your head. The Lady Byng is one of the oldest and most respected awards given in the league. Winning it is an honor, nothing to be ashamed of. Pasha is in some pretty good company on the list of previous winners. Read your NHL history and you might learn something.

Wings wise, watching Pasha do anything he wants. League wise, I can't wait to see Pronger get decked by Milan Lucic. I'll laugh my ass off when that happens.

Yes, it was late and dark when they came out but it was worth it to be out by the barricades. In fact, when Pasha came out I was the first person he came to. They stayed out til they signed for everyone who wanted them to sign and take photos. Bless their hearts. Pasha was even talking to staff outside. They were worth the wait. And yes, I did see the game. I have the best seat in the house, I think. The other nice thing that happened was Kris Draper came over and spent a couple minutes talking to some of us after the game. He was very kind and gracious. You might want to come early to the practice and wait outside to see who shows up.

To those of you who didn't stay late and catch players afterwards, Nick, Homer and Pasha were the last ones out there and they were wonderfully sweet to the fans who stayed. Evan McGrath is one worth watching. Leino was great, and Landon Ferraro is definitely an up and comer.
