If I had to choose between the two (and I hope we don't) I'd take Marchand. It would tick my housemate off to no end if he left Boston and came to us.

I wonder who he thinks started the rumors? And when you consider that Igor was Pasha's childhood idol, maybe there is something of a cerebral connection between them? Who knows? -

If his agent is in town, which he is, then you can bet your last buck it's contract extension/renewal. Greenstin would not be here were it anything else. He'll sign the paperwork and then head home to Russia for the summer. -

I thought he wasn't supposed to be able to sign a new deal til July 5th. If this is not the case, and he's signing tomorrow, you'll hear a 'Squee" from here to Ekaterinburg, I guarantee it. -

I figured it would be Gustav and Joakim. They both did a good job up here, considering.

It wouldn't surprise me, but if he was, it also doesn't surprise me that he didn't say a word about it. It's in his nature to just play as long as he can and not complain. He's got the whole summer to recuperate. He's got nothing to be ashamed of, that's for sure.

It should be Pasha's, but I'm not holding my breath. This is the only reason I might watch about 5 minutes of the awards show. Otherwise, it's a joke.

I keep a deep faith in my heart that he will stay. However, I plan on talking to him at camp about this, and be assured there will be massive amounts of groveling if necessary. As the old song says, I ain't too proud to beg.
