I don't have to tell you guys what I think of Pasha. I've always been a strong advocate for him, always believed in him, always known that he was an amazing and talented player. To see his game come to the level it has over time has been so fun to watch, and I know in my heart that he still hasn't hit his peak yet. I can't imagine how much higher his game can and will go, but I just thank God that we will be the ones to watch it grow and evolve even more than it has. What was said in the first statement brought to mind the last sentence of something he wrote for a book called, "What It Means to be a Red Wing" (if you haven't read it, get it)..."My life as an NHL hockey player, and as a man, started in Detroit."

Yeah, well it is that shy quality that he has that still comes through. He's so soft-spoken... And I know that feeling of not wanting to be called on so well...it's akin to panic attacks sometimes for me.

My family is from just north of Pittsburgh, so I have kind of a connection to that area. My great aunt (rest her soul) was a die hard fan of all the teams there. I'm not sure what to say. You made the Sens look stupid (but the way they were playing, hell, even Boston would have done that), and took the Rangers out (for which I thank you), but you haven't really been tested. If you come up against us, you better bring your best and then some. I have a really good feeling about this one. Good luck against Philly.

I was thinking it would be Johan, but after last night, Pasha has definitely raised the stakes. I can't say Ozzie, though God knows he's done a great job. If it was over today, I'd say Johan. But he better be watching over his shoulder, 'cause there's a crafty little Russian making some moves.

It's so wonderful to see him smile...and so great to see him really letting his emotions show. I don't think anyone is prouder than I am of him, and it shows that Turco has a ghost haunting him - it's named Pavel I can feel it in my heart and soul...this is our time. Has the Conn Smythe ever been split between two guys???

If I had not had company tonight to watch the game, you would have heard a scream loud enough to be heard in Dallas. I am so proud of Pasha. I had tears in my eyes, and I was shaking like a leaf. No one could love him more than I do. Turco is such toast.
