I have my tickets...I went up the first day and got them. They do have some tickets for sale on the days of camp. Anyone else going to be there the whole weekend????

He was one of the nicest guys I met at camp, and I'll miss him, but I wish him luck.

Out of that list, I'm thinking Gelinas might not be too bad. But I want to confirm it with someone who's seen more of him than I have. I'll get back to you on him. I agree on Guerin, Lindros and Yashin. Not on a bet. The rest I'm not sure of either.

I didn't steal it from him - it was my photograph in the first place! It's not quite the same, and yes, he asked permission first, which I gladly gave him. Kinda makes me feel good that my work is considered good enough by someone else to be wanted. Wish I was.

No chance Shanahan would come back. I seriously doubt you'd ever convince Forsberg to sign here. NO WAY IN HELL DO I WANT LINDROS. Bill Guerin, I'll pass, thanks. I'd rather have Slava Kozlov back. Would Zubrus be worth taking a chance on?

Oh yeah, like that's gonna happen. Didn't I hear him say he'd only sign for a team he'd already played with before?? That means Colorado, Nashville and Philly. No way would he sign here and if he did, he'd probably cost a hell of a lot more than he's worth. And now Bert has signed with Anaheim, Nylander went to Washington (I think), and the list keeps getting shorter and shorter.

And then there are guys like Cheli who stay and sign because they love it here. And now I hear that Brian Rafalski took less money to come here because it's home. Now that I like. You could throw Homer and also Pasha in on that too.

I have a Wings calendar on my wall too...this month has been Mathieu Schneider...and next month is Mikael Samuelsson. I liked April on my calendar this year - that was Pasha.

I do have a friend that lived in Chicago and might be coming back home to Michigan if all works out. Too bad I can't connect you up with Tristan and you could see if he knows of anything.

If you're serious about this happening I'd be over the moon. I've wanted NHL Network for years. I'd gladly dump a whole lot of the crap I have on satellite that I never wanted to have this. I don't watch football, basketball, horse racing, golf, tennis, home shopping channels, religious tv, and I don't get the soccer channel. I'd dump all that to get the NHL.

I love that one! Of course, he would have to be disqualified from being eligible every year. Gotta give others a fighting chance you know. You could almost call that the Mike Ricci award too.

You have to take the whole picture in...how else do you think guys like Slava Fetisov got in? I think if you take all of the aspects of Igor's career into consideration, there is no reason why he should not be in this time. I see him getting in before Lemieux and Oates for sure, and I daresay even Scott Stevens or Al MacInnes, though great careers they both had. -
Best thing to do is keep calling Direct TV and/or Dish Network and complain. Not that they will listen, but keep bitching. I've been on Direct TV's case for years on it. I'd gladly give up the football, basketball, soccer, horse racing, tennis, golf, home shopping and religious channels to have the NHL network on my satellite. Of course, I want C-SPAN 3 too, and you see how far I've got on that.
