Love them all but 97 was my favorite 02 was the best all around team I think. I almost cried when they won in 97.

Don't get me wrong I like Downey, but he just isn't a good enough player to get any minutes of ice time on any team let a lone the Wings great GR guy. Would love to watch him there.

Good not agree more! Way should teams like the wings have to pay the price for teams that are in the wrong marketing area and are struggling a luxury tax is what I have thought was fair all along. -
Youth usa hockey follows differant set of rules then AAA hockey. Yes in AAA hockey there is a much less sever puneshmet for fighting then regular house hockey that folows uas hockey and MAHA rules as well. Wingdiehard beat me posting usa rule book

I'm very scared it will happen and from what I have read they want the cap back to about 40 mill. If that happens the Wing are screwed! Not good!! -
Yes it is true. If the ref calls a fighting major it is automatic but what happens more then not the ref steps in and they call just roughing and maybe game misconduct.

Not a good thing in youth hockey! That's way moms don't like there kids in hockey! USA hockey you are done for the season and you have to go before the board to be reinstated. The mom probably just keep her son in hockey instead of on the side line watching the game or worse never playing again!

We are not going through this again are we? Its been said many times before its been in articles all over Michigan. Helm and Abby will not sign until Modano has signed or not they both will be signed but not until Aug. Calm down people it will happen and it really doesn't effect Helm at all he will play on 4th line with or with out Modano!
