There is no way anybody is going to pay him 7 mill in this day and age. He hasn't performed in the playoffs yet. I know he wants this kind of money but the fact is no team can pay him that much for only performing in the regular season. I would guess he will sign for around 5.8. This could change if he has a big playoffs this year.

Ya except Baseball is boring and Hockey is exciting to watch. I can't hardly watch an inning of Baseball on tv but I hardly ever miss a hockey game!

It's a hard choice. Kronwall, lilja and lebda all drive me nuts. They are all really bad defenseman. I can't stand give aways in the defensive end, and they all do it frequently. Lang can drive me nuts only because he doesn't seem to work very hard, but he is a 20+ goal scorer and we don't have enough of them this year!!

Lang will have 20+ goals again this year that is about all anyone could expect from him.

No! In the first place the Wings Will not have him under a contract in the off season, so you can't trade someone that is not uner contract. 2 no one is going to pay him 7 million. I'm not saing that he might not end up as a flyer or some where else, but he's not going to make much more then he is making right now.

As much as you don't like him being soft we could sure use the 20-30 goals he scores.

I think he'll be fine until he get hurt and I think he will get hut sometime this year. The key is to play Ozzy enough this year to keep Dom going though the play offs. If we can make it to the play offs with Dom in good health you never now what could happen!

We don't need a soft Big man who doesn't score. If he was gritty or he had a scoring touch I'd be all for him. I don't think we have to worry about him not a real trust worthy site anyways.

Not if he continue not scoring in the post season. He was hurt this year so I'm willing to give him some more time to get it together in the post season!
