I'm not sure if his comment about the roles being reversed was based on race or based on it being Kronwall, who has a history of big hits. I'll have to assume the latter, because the former is just ridiculous. I don't know how he thinks 5 Games is steep.

I think he just wanted some security after being bounced around the league, but I'm sure there isn't a NTC on his contract so if he wanted to be traded or Chicago wanted to trade him, it could happen.

That's one thing I don't understand is why he would change that line before changing the first line when at least the second line has seen SOME success. The first line is an abortion right now. -
We have this guy named Brett Lebda on our team and even if he isn't on the ice for a PK, he still lets the other team use him for a screen.

I already miss Hossa and he hasn't played a game yet He was such a great addition to our team and it's sad that nothing could have worked out here.

Lidstrom deserves it. He is hands down the best defenseman in the NHL and while it seems he is on a decline offensively, he certainly still plays excellent defense.

Only two players have negative +/- ratings at home AND on the road. They are Brett Lebda and Todd Bertuzzi.

This actually helps the Habs. They should have made Laraque play 20 minutes a night for the rest of the season.

The game really wasn't that bad (from looking at the score). The only goals Nashville really got were 2 powerplay goals and when you take 4 penalties against a team that has been on a streak like they have, you have to expect them to score at least once. From what I've read the calls were pretty weak, but we only had one goal against in 5v5 hockey. I'd say that's not bad. Funny though, that the entire team finished even in the +/-
