  1. Already a thread for this, dude.

    I thought the other thread was investigating the situation by the NHL. But since that thread the NHL has dropped the issue and NHLPA has filed a grievance.

  2. There is no way in hell this would ever happen. As someone said, it puts Chicago over the cap. If you didn't know already the hawks just had a grievance filed by the NHLPA on some of there players that didn't receive QO on time become UFA. Which include Versteeg, Eager, and Barker. So they need to be ready to trade to lose cap space, not trade to gain? So if they lose all those players to UFA, they can re-sign.


  3. I understand that Chicago's scenario was under discussion, but this article, especially the last sentence makes me seem even more sure there in deep with this one. I am sure they will fire Tallon. Maybe not right when it happens, but if they have a bad season then definitely.
