Is it too soon to worry about another NHL lockout?
Bring Back The Bruise Bros replied to Hockeytown0001's topic in General
I'm worried. The business side of the game shows itself again. -
He's got some serious speed.Vancouver's 3rd line will be solid with Raymond-Malhotra-Hansen.Not many roster spots up for grabs now in Vancouver.
-
Not sure if its been posted yet,but NHL.com is reporting Mason Raymond has avoided arbitration by re-signing with Vancouver on a 2-year deal.

Who's going to replace Lidstrom for next season

As much as I'd like to see Jovanovski here,he doesn't make the team much younger. No way Los Angeles let's Doughty go.Weber won't leave Nashville, especially after being named team captain.I think Tim Gleason would be a great addition.Hard hitter, plays solid on both ends.I wouldn't mind seeing Chara either.Brent Seabrook would look good in a Wings jersey.Someone mentioned Bogosian, wouldn't have a problem with that.Keith Yandle played well against us in the playoffs last year. -

Zherdev signed a one year deal with Philadelphia not too long ago... -
Please come to Detroit, Andy Sutton, please! Well we can eliminate some teams right off the bat. Vancouver: Hamhuis Bieksa Salo Erhoff O'Brien Rome Ballard San Jose: Vlasic Demers Boyle Murray Huskins Leach Wallin Edmonton: Foster Whitney Chorney Smid Strudwick Vandermeer Peckham Obviously Chicago is off the list of possible destinations I doubt Dallas is in the running, having just signed Brad Lukowich. Los Angeles is stockpiled on defense

Who's going to replace Lidstrom for next season
Bring Back The Bruise Bros replied to a topic in General
Indeed. Can't replace Nicklas Lidstrom. But there's plenty of talented defensemen that could be available next summer.Losing him will be a huge blow -
Good to see put the game one the map in the inner cities.

More Lightning signings

I'm expecting Pouliot to be playing in Norfolk most of the year unless the Lightning run into injury problems. -

Markov is far too injury prone.I want Ed Jovanovski or Keith Yandle. -

Shea Weber Brent Seabrook Drew Doughty Zdeno Chara My #1 choice would be Shea Weber.I'd really like to see Ian White in a Wings uniform. -
Isn't Chris Simon in the KHL now?I think he left the NHL after the 2007-2008 season,if I remember correctly.

Well its another boring summer day with little going on in free agency, bleh.I've been going through binder after binder of hockey cards and I was wondering if there are any hockey card junkies on here?

I'm not exactly sure how much they're worth, but I've got cards of Chris Pronger and Scott Niedermayer from before they played in the NHL.
