Havlat is another guy who seems to take the biggest hits. Obviously the Kronwall one a few years ago, but i remember Tie Domi really cranking him in the 2001 playoffs when Havlat was a Senator.

His career has been on the decline since his days in Carolina. Hopefully he can re-discover his solid defensive play and physical presence. He's not a great fighter, but he's definitely willing to throw 'em.

Time really does fly. Before we know it, Datsyuk will retire and some young kid will break in with the #13 and we'll be like "Dats has really looked good in goal...wait!" Ethan Moreau to Los Angeles on a one year deal.

"Do you believe it?! Hat trick! Hat trick! Darren McCarty!" From the 2002 Playoffs God I hope he makes a return to the broadcast booth for the NHL. -
Guy would take anyone on. The ultimate team player. RIP Rick

Fortunately for us I think Forsberg may actually be done. It hits me that i'm not a little child anymore when I see Drew Miller on the ice and always(always) think its Marty Lapointe. I damn near cried when Mark Recchi retired. Guys that i've grown up watching are hangin em up, further reminding me that i'm not a youngster anymore

Hey, you're not the only one livin' in the past. Whenever I see Andre Deveaux, I immediately think of Boyd Devereaux. The glory years are still fresh in our minds

*Fredrik Sjostrom to the SEL *Mikkel Boedker re-signs with Phoenix *Andre Deveaux signs one-year, two-way contract with the Rangers Sigh. Its August.

There is little to no chance we will get one. However, i'd rather talk about minor signings and discuss different team's situations than talk about Crosby all day.

Crosby's 2012 Season now in Question

Post of the day! -
In that case, Bradley would have no room to talk.

Rypien was one of the more solid scrappers in the league, despite his size. 226 penalty minutes in 119 games. I was looking forward to seeing him return to where he started his hockey career.

Oh my gosh. Thoughts and prayers for the loved ones. This is unbelievable. RIP Rick. You will be missed. If anyone can find a Rypien name and number shirt or something, please post it here. The enforcer gang takes another hit

Crosby's 2012 Season now in Question

I noticed this. Pretty lame. Most sheeple don't want to acknowledge that something is going wrong. People that have the open mind to research this tend to be blown away and eventually realize we're all living a lie. Back on topic, who are we gonna get shoved down our throats if Crosby is gone?!?! -

Islanders Hosting Party to Celebrate Fight Night
Bring Back The Bruise Bros replied to GMRwings1983's topic in General
This is pretty odd. The Islanders have nothing else to celebrate, I guess. Kinda lame and in poor taste on their part, but at the same time it does nothing but stir more s*** up between Pittsburgh and them. Conclusion: More good games between these two teams next year -
Yes, along with Todd Fedoruk.
-
If he impresses in camp, obviously someone will have to be traded to make room for him....

Jeff Woywitka signs one-year, two-way deal with Montreal. Markov-Subban Gorges-Yemelin Gill-Spacek Woywitka/Y.Weber

Crosby's 2012 Season now in Question

Crosby's a member of the Illuminati? So we've got CEOs of multi-national corporations, international banksters, and a...hockey player? They're infiltrating every aspect of society, folks. -
Agreed. There won't be much offensive production from the blueline, but Hannan is a good defensive acquisition for what he signed for. Overall, Calgary is going to have trouble scoring. Their top 6 isn't going to scare anyone, and they will have to win games 2-1 or 3-2 as opposed to 6-5 or 5-4.
-
I like the signing for Calgary, as well. Bouwmeester-Giordano Sarich-Babchuk Hannan-Butler Carson/Mikkelson I'm thinking if they can find anyone interested, Sarich could be dealt to give Mikkelson and Carson some playing time.
