what is interesting is that every away broadcast I watch. Announcers say that playing redwings is a real measuring stick and a test... so teams show up when they play wings... the question is, which specific team is a measuring stick for the wings? so I wonder if wings occasionally get a bit complacent.

what a painful game to watch, so far the worst of the season for me... unless wings score 3 in a row now.

Do people realize that Wings only have 2 regulation losses? Sometimes teams get lucky and win one or two against wings... Did anyone notice that Canucks were celebrating the ot win as if they won the cup lol... oh well:)

the only way he would be in top 20 is consistency... Datsyuk and Zetterburg put in several years in a row of production and are both 2 way complete players... when franzen can prove he is a consistent scoring machine, maybe then. I say we ask this question in 2 years...

I am watching and they just had a special on Booth and how he was growing up with family in michigan and his family was big red wings fans and when he was a kid Stevie Y visited his their team and tied his skates... they showed his home videos and stevie Y tying the laces...

wings had to lose cause kenny didn't trade filpulla for fedorov before last season's trade deadline... it had to be that!!!

I would say doug brown was equally bad... even when fedorov would set him up with an empty net...

true that... it hasn't been that many games to say someone is worthless I imagine. too early. Fedotenko is streaky, but tends to score when it matters...

can't argue this point. I guess in the end of the day if you are a starting a golie in nhl you should bail your team out on breakdowns here and there, that is the job... I am sure he is kicking himself in the ass right now with or without our criticism though...

I would have to say Macoun was the worst with that stupid mustache... lol it had to be his fault...

which one of the 7 goals was a soft one would you say tonight? most of the time wings would completely fall apart around Osgood. i am not saying he was fantastic, but still... Fleury definately let in a soft one by Hudler, everything else were breakdowns by pens defense. maybe it was just one of those games...
