damn and I thought that Crosby is over exposed by the media, yet here we are talking about him again... ugh I pick Malkin any day, he has been consistently carrying the team, while Crosby tends to get injured. Fedorov was way better defensively than Malkin, so I am not sure why the comparison (is it cause he is Russian and 2nd best or something?) So right now I would argue that Yzerman and Fedorov are both 2 way, complete players, while Crosby and Malkin aren't yet...

I really like how Bert has been playing, so hopefully things will start clicking for him soon. Its not so much that he needs to be physical, it is more like in the game against avs he was able to go to the net and because he is soo big the defense couldn't push him off the puck while he is pretty good with his hands...

getting Kovalchuk would be pretty sweet, but I am sure his price tag will be really high. I would also consider a goaly since I think the wings will have some issues in net...

this seemed more like unfortunate timing, but not a bad hit at all. I highly doubt that Richards was going for his head... now the hit on tucker that was dirty for sure

as much of an ass Tucker maybe on the ice, that was a dirty hit... I don't think 3 days is enough of a suspension for something like this, I would say a few more games here needed
