If we lose we can say it's our scrub team playing. If we win we can laugh at Chicago cause they lost to our scrub team their 'A' pre-season team playing. -
I see no problem with this. Just makes it a little easier to tell who the player is. Doesn't look ugly at all either.

As much as I hate Matt Cooke, this doesn't look that bad. It was a small push and he obviously wasn't trying to board the guy. It looked like the guy kind of either slipped or sold the call. He didn't even really hit the boards in a dangerous way either. I hope this is the only talk about this hit and Shanny doesn't do anything about it.

Got NHL 12 and Salei was still listed on our team . Also the #1 rated free agent was Wade Belak.

I was a little younger during the 90's series, but the 2002 Colorado series will be etched into my brain for the rest of my life. I've never been so emotionally invested into a series and when they beat them it felt like we had already won the cup.

I'd say St. Louis and Stamkos. Its just such a perfect playmaker-sniper combo. My two favorite non-wings players.

I feel like I'm on hfboards and LGW at least an hour or so everyday looking for any news on the Wings. I think its just that I've learned so much about all the players and all the prospects, the coaches, the strategies they use and everything. Its just so deep and interesting to me, and I'm always just looking for anything that looks promising for the future of the Wings. I really think the best job in the world would be the GM of a sports team, specifically the Red Wings.

I love Ken and Mick. I think Ken is one of the best play-by-play guys in the league and the chemistry between Ken, Mick, and Murphy is great. Its a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Plus they might hate the stories they talk about but I love to hear some personal experiences they had with the players and staff. Its not like they need to be super serious about being 100% professional broadcasters.

Why don't they try to sign good players to overpriced contracts instead of depth players to overpriced contracts? I know they're probably just trying to reach the cap floor, but why not actually try make a winning team while doing it.

I started out not liking him, but hes kind of like the Micky Redmond of Versus. He just says whatever he is thinking and doesn't really care what people think. He might not be the best on camera because he seems to use the wrong words or be a little awkward sometimes, but hes the guy that stands out on the show.

That wasn't even a 5 on 3. It was a 4 on 4 then a 4 on 3 then a 5 on 4 then 5 on 5.

Man, I have no respect for a team that dives like these *******. I have a f*** ton more respect for the Coyotes than the Sharks now.

I don't understand how they are saying he was already going to fall into the boards. Cause he was fine if he wasn't touched, he'd drop down to a knee and turn around. However, he was pushed into the boards because hes going North and then goes West how else would he have done that?
