Lol @ that image, and I actually like Buffalo's primary jerseys this year, but I definitely think the old logo is awesome. They really do need to stop changing their design though...how many times has it been? 4? And am I the only one in here that thinks that the wings could do with a subtle update to their design? I did this a while ago thinking they could use a couple of subtle white stripes along the sides and I'm still on the fence on how I feel about it. What do you think? Edit: also, the subtle white neck ring. Ignore the black lines, they are just the seams.

Miracle on Ice 2010: How Crosby Saved the Olympics. No, he's good, and it's good for the sport, but I couldn't believe how many times Doc and Edzo were slobbing his knob when he was literally transparent until the GWG.

I found it kind of classless that Getzlaf would be talking s*** to Malkin when he plays with Crosby for the Olympics. Guess he got what he deserved though.

Really the only reason I could see for us losing to SJ was that Nabokov was nearly unstoppable. We were throwing everything but the kitchen sink at him and he only let in 2. Granted, I watched the replay on FSN since I was actually there, and within a couple of minutes, there were like 5 shots on him that were just soft wristers or easy stops, but still. 52 shots on goal with only 2 going in is regoddamndiculous. Hopefully we can beat the Senators but they've been on fire for some strange reason all of a sudden.

He made sense though. While the amount of people who still believe this team can make the playoffs has absolutely no correlation as to how they'll actually play down the stretch, it's still kind of disappointing to see people just abandon all hope. Most of LGW is acting like spoiled brats because our team has been good to us the past two decades and think that we're going to go back into the dark ages if we miss the playoffs this year. We're not, and people need to realize that fact. The chance of people actually realizing that however, is an entirely different story.

I'll be there too right above you in the upper bowl. I usually go down toward the benches and where they don't have netting to try to grab some pictures, but I've never gotten a puck. Back when McCarty played for us, he'd always toss a handful of pucks into the stands, so hopefully like HD&H said, if Draper does it now, you might be able to snag one if you're lucky. Like I said, though, you'd have to go down toward where there isn't netting. Usually they won't let you stand in the front row, but 2nd and up, you should have no problem sitting in someone elses seats for warmups. Just be courteous if they get there and move for them if they come for warmups too

I'd be more willing to read and/or agree with anything you ever said if you used some sort of sentence structure or proper punctuation. I know that it's pretty difficult, but if you'd like to give it some effort, I'd consider not ignoring every one of your posts.

From what I'm hearing on the 97.1 stream, Hiller sounds like he's playing like a brick wall. Which is exactly why I loathed him from the playoffs last year, and why I loathe him right now.

Haha, love that. Eaves' smile is awesome. It makes his goals that much better.

I'd like to just say one thing: Helm is a beast. He started the turnover that allowed Rafalski to set up Eaves perfectly for his goal, and he managed to negate that icing at the end of the game to give the Wings more breathing room instead of having to take a faceoff in their own zone. Sure there wasn't enough time to tie the game, but it still shows how much he cares about playing until the end of the game. Class act s*** right there, even if it doesn't go on the scoresheet.

We always seem to play well against the Sharks, or at least they always seem to s*** the bed when we play them. Here's hoping I'm right again this time. I'd be extremely happy with a couple of clutch wins.
