Thats a pretty good peice of evidence, I've never seen that before. This story is confusing. So they jumped him all while in the back seat of a cab? Last time I was in a cab there was no way you could even touch the driver as there is usually some plexiglass between the back and front seats. That article says they were charged with robbery, criminal mischief, and theft? He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. This is all after the cabbie locked them in the car. Too many different stories for me to comment further. He may or may not be innocent but as long as he keeps playing the way he is, I really don't care what else he does off the ice.

No I understood, I was referring more to the person I was originally talking to. By the way, he pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, not assault.

All hatred aside I just wanted to comment on Shanny's retirement. I dislike the red wings alot. That being said, I actually started oot as a red wing fan because when I was growing up, the red wings were team dominating the news with winning and so forth. And Brendan Shanahan was the main reason I started watching hockey. He and Stevie-Y. The way they played just really struck a chord with me and I've been following hockey ever since. Like I said, I dislike the red wings alot but I will always have a tremendous amount of respect for him. Thanks Shanny.

All I'm saying is you can't rip on somebody when you don't know the full story. Sure Kane said he was sorry but he didn't say what he was sorry for. I know he apologized at some point for being in the wrong situation. Just keep in mind that no one knows what happened. You can't say he definitely struck the cabbie. Whatever, he's a beast right now, that's all that matters.
