So I randomly ran into this last night when I was browsing the Reebok site and thought I would share it with everyone. Im actually surprised. I thought the people of Russia would have chose someone like Ovechkin for his explosive style of play. I am happy to see Datsyuk get that honor though he for sure deserves it. The article for those interested Sorry for the spelling error in the title I am still half asleep hopefully a mod or can fix it or something haha.

The comments on that article made me laugh.. I believe someone was stating Doan got suspended for a "clean" hit. -
Im just waiting to see what happens tomorrow. For some reason I am expecting the refs to make an example of us and disallow a goal to make up for the Orr goal.

I am still wondering as to why Z is part of the discussion. Its clearly stated Best Russian Player. Im just saying if we want to have a discussion about it then it should be players like Ovi, Malkin, and Kovy.
