Did he end up officially retiring? I really liked him being on the team for some reason. I was just wondering what happened to him or what he's been up to.

If you have a decent internet connection in Germany you can watch most games online live for free from different places. I live in Indianapolis and I had to watch almost every game online, besides the games I actually went to in Detroit. Other than that, if you have a cell phone you can always get text message updates from Red Wings twitter. For every home game they text you when anyone scores a goal and they tell you the final score. Hope I helped!

I live in Indianapolis and I don't see anyone else here watching hockey... Ever... The sports bars here are a joke seeing as they don't have any sports on unless the Colts are playing.

The only reason I can see him laughing about it is that everyone probably asks him about whether he's coming back for another year or not all of the time. If you go everywhere and everyone asks you the same question over and over you would just laugh about it to be polite, too. I really hope he comes back for one more season, but if he doesn't I really hope he sticks around Michigan for at least enough time to come out on the ice the first home game to hear the loudest crowd ever tell him thanks by cheering their hearts out. I'll be there if this happens and I can guarantee I will have no voice left for a week.

I might cry if Leino lifts the cup. All that making fun of him and demanding a trade and he makes it to the finals and we don't. :/

Try being a Red Wings fan. EVERY SINGLE TEAM the Red Wings play against on those channels is who they favor. The only time I can tolerate even listening to the announcers on Versus or NBC is when McCarty is there to actually stick up for the Red Wings.

Good luck to your team for the rest of the playoffs though I won't be cheering for them(I'm a little bitter about officiating and the bit of diving from your favorite team the first 2 games) and I hope you stop by these forums next season for the Wings vs Sharks games!

I love how Cleary almost ALWAYS falls down after scoring. Sometimes when he scores I don't even realize it's him if he doesn't fall down immediately after the puck goes into the net. I love it
