I am pretty sure hes not going to Chicago. Depending on what happens with Niemi's arbitration and Hjalmarsson's new contract its a very real possibility they might have to move more players. They are still in cap purgatory.

yes Silly Mr Tallon The more i see this off-season unfold for the Hawks the more i come to realize that their Cup winning team was built on dumb luck. I find it hard to believe a GM that incompetent actually knew what he was doing.

The chances of that happening were pretty much nonexistent anyway. I still think between Niemi's raise he will get from arbitration and Hjalmarsson's raise the Hawks will be forced to move another player.

Only hes not getting paid 10 mill a year. I would expect him to be a little inconsistent for the first 27 games after being traded at the deadline to a new team with a completely different system.

Zetterberg has the higher PPG over 97 playoff games than Getzlaf does over 56.... Not to mention Z can play amazing defense and shut players like Crosby down. Last but not least Zetterberg has a epic beard while Getzlaf has premature balding.....did this seriously need 4 pages? Its a no brainier.

Thats to much. No one is worth that much imo. Hard to build a legite cup contender with that much cap on one player. Not to mention the raise Kabanov (assuming he pans out) and Tavares will get after they come off their entry level contract.
