reminds me of a game i played in midgets. There was a huge fight after the game(looked kinda like fight night at the Joe)in the middle of it one of the coaches runs out onto the ice and slugs one of the refs. Turns out the ref was a off duty police officer.....crazy times

ok i get your idea thats like your 4th post telling me i should be a GM because i know more. but anyways...the point im trying to make is i much rather have a player that can hold there own in fights and dish it out when need be and can actually contribute on the scoreboard to help win games.Abs,Eaves for example. Having a player that just fights is too one dimensional and a waste of cap space imo. And im pretty sure there has been literally no fights this post season and only 2 that i can remember last year. Just saying...

Thats basically what im trying to get at.You could pay for another Abs with Boogards salary.

If enforcers are important why do they never get any ice time come playoffs? Educate me. Please tell me how many fights you saw this post season. Like i said in today's NHL enforcers are pretty much useless. Just a waste of cap space. Now if the guy can actually play thats another story. But having a player that can only fight is pretty useless post lockout NHL.

Flyers Sharks Habs Hawks Never thought I would want a team with Pronger to win but considering whats left... Flyers- Fans may be idiots but I respect them for supporting their team year after year regardless of how good they are or how bad they suck, and whats there to hate about the hockey they been playing this post season. Plus it would crush all the Penguins slappys if they won the cup Sharks- IDK for some reason I just never liked them. lol i just found a Kory Kocur hockey card the other day...weird basically any goalie in the late 90s other than Roy. Somewhere around that time is when they all started to go to the butterfly. No Primeau = no Shanahan. Jagr would have been a slight upgrade over him but i can live with that but Brodeur....i could lose sleep over that.

What about Yzerman. What a hack that guy was. No but really i think the early 2000s teams after 02 were a big disappointment. Lots of talent but kept taking a big s*** early in the playoffs.

Thats what i was getting at. I want new teams to do good but i kinda want Phoenix to fail because I'm afraid the league might try to force them to stay in AZ where no one supports hockey instead of moving it some place where people will. Which would be better for the team and the league.
