Franzen had a point in ever game last postseason. But hey, I guess if the entire team is struggling to produce offense we have to go after an injured Franzen. DAMN YOU LGW LOGIC!

Abdelkader is young, has been clutch (09 finals anyone?), and is willing to scrap. The more time he gets in the NHL, the better he can be for the team. Perhaps we should get a veteran grit depth player to give him some perspective? No I don't believe having May on the team half the season was enough to work him. I would rather have a contributor to more than just fighting.

How quickly people forget that certain players still have nagging injuries, specifically a forward who is still nursing an ankle from a previous series.

Defense in general is sloppy. We could use a true shutdown defensive forward and let guys like Zetterberg focus on offense. Also get Ryan Suter next season. He'll be a UFA then. -

Detroit was in their end most of the time because they didn't know what they were doing once they got the puck in the defensive zone. It was like shooting fish in a barrel for the Sharks. -
I think when a Sharks fan takes pot shots at the fanbase, I think he can be rebuked for it. Some may not think it is a pot shot. Some may think of it as an inferiority complex.
