He back checks more than a lot of guys on the team.

I don't see how he would be ramping his game up. The advantage of keeping a player from playing in ANY league simply to hide them is nullified by the fact they aren't playing competitive hockey at any level even close to the NHL.
-
Why would Colorado want to hide a player and keep them from playing any competitive hockey? The entire point is the rule is to prevent teams from hiding players in European leagues so they can keep them working out and in shape then bring them up later on. It makes sense.

The actual quote would be nice.

Pens fans are coming out of the woodwork with their true colors on the HF main board. I've never seen so many apologetics for such an obviously dirty hit.

Who is overrating Detroit, anyway?

Ding!

Cool story, bro.

Macdonald chant? Hard to do with more than two syllables, Nashville.

HAHA SULLIVAN CHOKED!!! CHOKE CHOKE!

Did Mac just save that? LOL Babcock has the same face he did when Osgood won his 400. Expressionless confusion.

We could use an enforcer to help my boredom. Detroit isn't doing ANYTHING offensively.

Thank you for your disdain. It really was an excellent rebuttal to my opinion of the stupid shutout jinx.
-
The shut out curse is one of the dumbest "traditions" on here. You can't jinx a shutout if you don't want them to get it. It has to be unintentional.

Maybe McCrimmon's drills just suck.
-
Several?

No effort tonight. They don't deserve their day salary for tonight's game.

Franzen is on pace for 42 goals this season. Last playoffs he scored 18 points in 12 games. Franzen is not at the same level as Fedorov, but it's not like Franzen is some lazy hack who only performs once in a blue moon.
-
Franzen was a defensive third line forward before early 2008.
