Wrong. Osgood had a 3-2 win in Nashville before Howard took over.
-
Oh no he didn't. Has anyone really thought that Osgood might be too small at this point? His technique doesn't seem to have changed, but it appears that the gaps that people are able to shoot in have gotten bigger on him. Maybe its just me but Osgood can't get away with being out of position at any time like Howard could because he doesn't take up as much net and isn't as agile as he used to be. Which really seems like it magnifies his mistakes ten fold.
-
Well. On to the next one I suppose. What's with Datsyuk? He is acting like a total monster right now.
-
Because picking the top corner (short side or not) is such an easy shot to stop.
-
Osgood with a weak one to put us in a hole. Not good. Wings defense pretty awful tonight. Third line doing better but still a suck fest. I love Franzen. Datsyuk is god.
-
He played the second goal against fine. Third goal was soft, but that was it. Had a good second with two more breakaways to deal with.
-
I have a sneaking suspicion that you aren't reading Chris Osgood's actual twitter account.
-
The goal is not reviewable. Never has been.

Ok, armchair hockey player. -

You mean to tell me that in a wave of euphoria captaining your first NHL Stanley Cup you would say "oh no thanks, can't forget that handshake line, even though I don't know how long that interview is"? Give me a break. -
Yeah, if Chicago didn't have Hossa's three goals and solid defensive play I don't think Chicago would have made it.
-
Franzen is being paid less for more in the playoffs.

Crosby is the first player to be asked for an interview before the handshake line. -
Core. Good news for them is Campbell's overpriced ass is back.

You mean accepting a ******* interview? Jesus H Christoph some of you people need to get over it and stop accusing Crosby for foul play whenever you see fit. -
Well not really, considering the NHL owns the team and they are desperately trying to pick up a buyer. Would make sense for the commissioner to check on a team his league is paying for every once in awhile.

Gordie Howe laughs at this man. Electrophile: He didn't quote you, and it seemed pretty obvious he was talking about the player in the OP. Just because he also used "brutal" doesn't mean he was talking about you, now. -
His lawyer is going to probably push for one, considering that is his job.

Stopped reading there.

So Zetterberg's negligible defensive advantage means he is more complete?

Adam Burish: Chris Pronger Is The Biggest Idiot In The League
Doc Holliday replied to jeff48109's topic in General
Colby Armstrong. End of story. And I don't see what motivation I have to see "boring Euro hockey" in comparison to "rough and tumble hockey" considering I'm an American hockey player that idolized guys like Stevens and Konstantinov when they played. Your belief that I dislike or even underrate toughnes is completely fabricated. -
Adam Burish: Chris Pronger Is The Biggest Idiot In The League
Doc Holliday replied to jeff48109's topic in General
I think the negatives outweigh the positives. Either way it doesn't matter because Pronger would never play here. You are "delusional" because you use overrate toughness to the nth degree. And I never said I don't want Pronger because he is "tough". You are using the fact Pronger is tough and making it up a the reason I would not want him on the team. -
Adam Burish: Chris Pronger Is The Biggest Idiot In The League
Doc Holliday replied to jeff48109's topic in General
Yeah, because I hate all tough players. I simply hate Chris Pronger because he is a cheapshotting *******. In all honesty the only reason I seem to be so negative towards "tough guys" is because I have to point out the delusion posters like you have that having a "tough game" automatically makes you better than another guy. Colby Armstrong does not become good simply because you misconstrued his undisciplined play for "sandpaper aggressiveness that this team needs." -

Pronger and his drama filled, atomic elbowing, contract can stay the hell away from this team.
