Coliacovo pretty big guy 6'1 200 good skater, good on the PP,can be a heavy hitter and can kill PK(67GP 32PTS +8), and Burish for the obvious reasons. sorry my search thing isnt working for me if you can add this to another topic like it if there is one. anyways Does anyone know what LA's cap looks like?, i was just looking at free agents for next season(2011) and there are alot more options on D for the Wings if Lids can hang on 1 more, not saying its going to happen its like 1 in a 10000000000000 shot but LA next season just to name a few have Jack Johnson Oscar Moller Wayne Simmonds Jonathan Bernier Alec Martinez and Drew Doughty Johnson,Doughty,Simmonds all could want alot more money and who knows about Bernier ive heard a bunch of different things about them keeping either Quick or Bernier and trading the other but if he did stay he will want more to. which just got me thinking how much they could afford.

Johnson has the potential though and there is no one really in LA to help him out, there all young thats why i think being around Stuart,Raffi,Kronwall could help and i had him on the 2nd pairing with Kronner

id be curious to know who else was with them and why they didnt sit together ?

I would LOVE Doughty to it just got me thinking though what if he didnt want to stay or what about Jack Johnson even, because with the Kings maybe getting Kovy and add on what Simmonds,Doughty and Bernier will all want i wouldnt mind..Stuart-Rafalski...Johnson-Kronwall, to bad the Preds dont have to resign a whole lot cause Weber would be a awsome fill but maybe he wont want to resign there if they miss the playoffs again.

See i like Bertuzzi and thought he had a great season and pretty good post season, only if he could cut out some of those penalties id be real happy, but if he left id like Raffi Torres in for Bert another big winger, i think Torres would bring the same scoring ability but a little more grit to his game like old Bert.

I think Burish would be a awsome pick up for the Wings, he probably has the same scoring touch as Abby or Helm i could see Burish putting up 20pts which ill take especially with his style of play. Franzen-Zetterberg-Holmstrom Hudler-Datsyuk-Bertuzzi Cleary-Filppula-Eaves Burish-Abdelkader-Helm Draper Id be happy with these lines next season, 3 pretty solid lines of scoring and would be a hell of a 4th line.

ive been to alot of different NHL arenas over the years and im not just saying this because im a Wings fan, but i love the Joe defintly the top in my books it has that old feel to it, where as soon as your even outside the Joe you feel like your at a hockey game not like some of the newer ones. the only thing that i dont like about the Joe are the seats they are so uncomfortable. If the put in new seats and maybe a couple other little things i would be happy to keep going to the Joe. plus where ever we end up going if we ever do leave we have to take our boards with us lol thats what the Joe is known for and is one of our advantages.

John Anderson was on some sports show a few weeks back and he said he has heard Kovy is going to the KHL on like a 2-3yr contract at like 10-15mill....and then come back to the NHL and will not want as much money when he does come back and will only be 30yrs old

What about if we cleared some space like i said before with guys leaving like Williams,Miller,maybe Lilja and money we save possibly from Lids what about maybe a trade for Nathan Horton big power forward 6'2 230lbs awsome offensive skills hard nose player...with the panthers in the rebuild stage and Horton wanting out of there is there something we could offer to get him in i think his cap is somewhere in the 3.5-4mill range....im sure they would be looking for something similar to the Kovy deal avg. Nhl player,prospect or 2 maybe some picks......maybe we let Bert go to to open up more space just a thought.
