how about Zetterberg-Datsyuk-Parise Franzen-Filppula-Cleary Nyquist-Helm-Mursak Campbell-Abdelkader-Miller Eaves Emmerton Tatar Kronwall-Suter Boychuk-White Ericcson-Kindl Smith i think Boychuk adds some good speed on the back end, a BOMB shot from the point, adds size, another right handed shot and he's a big hitter and also drops the mits, and also with guys like Kampfer and D.Hamilton coming up for the Bruins they might just let him walk

Report: Turris Could Be Traded As Early As Today.
king_malice replied to Dominator2005's topic in General
lets not forget Eklund who tweeted today that the Sharks and Red Wings he has heard are in on Turris to lol -
I was listening to the Radio the other day and they were talking about CBJ and how Rick Nash cannot be happy playing there anymore especially after the start to this season, thena few min later they brought up the Wings saying how good we've started out this season and are in a great positin going into the season/trade deadline and off season with the extra cap space we have. so then i started thinking of how a legit sniper like Nash would rip it up playing with Dats or Z. If there were a chance at the Wings getting him what do you think it would cost? dont bite my head off just an idea To CBJ - Filppula,Eaves,a prospect,2012 1st round pick,2012 4th round pick and conditional pick.......maybe ? Caps might deal Semin because i believe he might be a UFA after this season, maybe looking to dump him if they dont think they will get him signed, to me the Wings need a shooter BADLY, Franzen needs to be shooting alot more, but i do think Nash cant be happy with the Jackets especially after this many years.

2 spots ? is someone else out? I think Brunnstrom and either Emmerton or Conner Franzen-Datsyuk-Cleary Bertuzzi-Zetterberg-Filppula Hudler-Helm-Holmstrom Eaves-Abdelkader-Miller

We won't have any problem re-signing Kronwall and Stuart next off-season at all, this is our line-up pretty much next season, with the young kids finally getting into the line-up we have a ton of Cap space, over 25Mill to re-sign pretty much Kronwall,Stuart,Hudler if Holland wants him back and Lidstrom if he comes back for one more and Abdelkader and Helm) CAPGEEK.COM CAP CALCULATOR FORWARDS Daniel Cleary ($2.800m) / Henrik Zetterberg ($6.083m) / Johan Franzen ($3.954m) Darren Helm ($0.912m) / Pavel Datsyuk ($6.700m) / Tomas Tatar ($0.840m) Patrick Eaves ($1.200m) / Valtteri Filppula ($3.000m) / Drew Miller ($0.837m) Jan Mursak ($0.550m) / Justin Abdelkader ($0.787m) / Cory Emmerton ($0.533m) DEFENSEMEN Ian White ($2.875m) / Brendan Smith ($0.875m) Jonathan Ericsson ($3.250m) / Jakub Kindl ($0.883m) GOALTENDERS Jimmy Howard ($2.250m) / Thomas McCollum ($0.816m) CAPGEEK.COM TOTALS (follow @capgeek on Twitter) (these totals are compiled without the bonus cushion) SALARY CAP: $64,300,000; CAP PAYROLL: $39,148,710; BONUSES: $260,000 CAP SPACE (18-man roster): $25,151,290

I agree that it is to much but after seeing what they got for Varlarmov i think thats what it would take, to me i love Miller and Eaves but i think Holland messed up by signing both of them and maybe should have tried getting Eager or Carcillo or something, to me we do not need another grinder type of player especially with guys like Helm,Abdelkader,Miller,Eaves, and even Mursak i think just incase we hit the injury bug again having the insurance of a guy like Semin in the line-up would be HUGE just think of the lines Cleary-Zetterberg-Franzen Semin-Datsyuk-Bertuzzi(only because he skates better then Homer) Holmstrom-Filppula-Miller Eaves-Abdelkader-Helm PP1 Semin-Datsyuk-Zetterberg PP2 Cleary-Filppula-Franzen to me Hudler,1st rounder and another pick should do , i wouldnt mind maybe giving up something like Miller or Eaves,Kindl,1st rounder a later pick and a conditional pick i think now that Hudler has gotten back into the NHL form he is going to surprise everyone next season Daniel Cleary ($2.800m) / Henrik Zetterberg ($6.083m) / Johan Franzen ($3.954m) Alexander Semin ($6.700m) / Pavel Datsyuk ($6.700m) / Todd Bertuzzi ($1.937m) Jiri Hudler ($2.875m) / Valtteri Filppula ($3.000m) / Tomas Holmstrom ($1.875m) Darren Helm ($0.912m) / Justin Abdelkader ($0.787m) / Drew Miller ($0.837m) Jan Mursak ($0.550m) DEFENSEMEN Nicklas Lidstrom ($6.200m) / Niklas Kronwall ($3.000m) Ian White ($2.875m) / Brad Stuart ($3.750m) Jonathan Ericsson ($3.250m) / Mike Commodore ($1.000m) Jakub Kindl ($0.883m) GOALTENDERS Jimmy Howard ($2.250m) / Ty Conklin ($0.850m) CAPGEEK.COM TOTALS (follow @capgeek on Twitter) (these totals are compiled without the bonus cushion) SALARY CAP: $64,300,000; CAP PAYROLL: $63,071,211; BONUSES: $0

the Caps have $394,872 in Cap space , the Wings have just over 7mill so us getting Semin is not a problem at all, I think the Caps OBVIOUSLY want to open cap space so even taking back less roster dollars now might be what they are looking to do to leave them options throughout the season and at the deadline, Kovalchuk only drew 2 semi decent roster players(Bergfors and Oduya...who only had 9pts combined more then Hudler last season) a prospect and a 1st round pick. i dont think the Caps get nearly as much back saying Semin didnt have that good of a season last year and has yet to play a full 82 games. TO Caps- Hudler,Kindl,1st round pick,4th round pick and maybe a conditional pick

Hey guys just wondering what you guys think about Kaberle, yes or no if you guys would want him at the right price ? only because i don't think the Bruins are going to re-sign him, i think the Bruins are going to make a play for Brad Richards, without Savard the PP has gone WAY downhill and at the risk Savard does come back and goes down again they would still have Richards,Krecji,Bergeron,Peverly (4 great C's) they would defintly have the Cap space to make a move for him if Kaberle leaves Kaberle 4.2Mill Ryder 4Mill Recchi 1.9Mill Hnidy 500K I could see them bringing back Ryder but for WAY less then 4Mill Anyways what do you guys think about both Richards and Kaberle ?
-
I wasn't really impressed that much either with him in Boston but then again Boston and Detroit are different teams Wings are defintly WAY more offensive which is why i think Kaberle might be a good fit here at the right price
-
I wouldnt mind paying a little extra for Ehrhoff he is DEFINTLY in my opinion the best D UFA this year he's got some good size at 6'2 200LBS and the obvious stats he puts up 50PTS and a +19 on the season he made 3.1 this season i cant see him getting more then 5mill per and thats still a saving from Raffy's contract and the closest to a Raffy replacement
-
I would rather either Ehrhoff or Bieksa instead of Pitkanen, and i mean Richards to Boston you guys think they will make a play for him ?

Interesting possibilities in trading with Philly.

i say with all the rumors about the devils moving Parise we just pick him up, he's and RFA this year not sure what we would have to give up to get him but the dude put up like 45G playing with pretty much nobody, you could only imagine him with Z or D -

I believe its something like this say the Wings put offers in on Weber and Doughty and NAS doesnt match our offer we would owe them the picks once we do not have the required picks to sign that other RFA the deal cannot go through, all im saying is Doughty is making 3.4mill now you would think he's getting 5-7 range with this new deal so im saying the Wings offer like 6mill that way LA either loses him to us or they sign him to a min 6mill deal -

I say we put in offers on Weber and Doughty amd drive up the signing price for LA and NAS, maybe bettering our odds to signing Suter next season or something like that, its a s***ty thing to do offering like 7+ mill for either of them but in the long run its a good business move -

Smith could not do any worse then Salei did this season so why the hell not, im all for getting some young guys into the line-up, im tired of having 26 yr old rookies. I know everyone likes leaving these guys down in GR but you can only get so good and learn so many things playing with guys at the AHL level, if we want guys like Smith,Kindl,Murisak,Tatar,Emmerton,McCollum to improve they need to be playing and practicing with the big boys. Lets go with this were younger and if things don't workout it leaves just over 3MILL to make some moves at the deadline FORWARDS Daniel Cleary ($2.800m) / Henrik Zetterberg ($6.083m) / Johan Franzen ($3.954m) Todd Bertuzzi ($1.937m) / Pavel Datsyuk ($6.700m) / Jiri Hudler ($2.875m) Tomas Holmstrom ($1.875m) / Valtteri Filppula ($3.000m) / Tomas Tatar ($0.840m) Jan Mursak ($0.550m) / Justin Abdelkader ($0.787m) / Darren Helm ($0.912m) Cory Emmerton ($0.533m) DEFENSEMEN Niklas Kronwall ($3.000m) / Nick Lidstrom ($5.900m) Christian Ehrhoff ($4.000m) / Brad Stuart ($3.750m) Shane O'brien ($1.900m) / Jakub Kindl ($0.883m) Brendan Smith ($0.875m) GOALTENDERS Jimmy Howard ($2.250m) / Thomas McCollum ($0.816m) CAPGEEK.COM TOTALS (follow @capgeek on Twitter) (these totals are compiled without the bonus cushion) SALARY CAP: $59,400,000; CAP PAYROLL: $56,223,710; BONUSES: $260,000 CAP SPACE (22-man roster): $3,176,290 -

If Lidstrom comes back the RFA we should go after as much as i like Weber , is Doughty much better skater then Weber and better offensivly (6'4 234 LBS) Weber 16G 32A +7 ( 6'1 219LBS) Doughty 11G 29A +13 Both would be AMAZING but to me i like Doughty just a little more only because i think Doughty has better offensive vision, which with Raffy and possibly Lids retiring we will need -

Christian Ehrhoff ! thats all Lidstrom-Kronwall Stuart-Ehrhoff Ericcson-Kindl without Lids Kronwall-Doughty Stuart-Ehrhoff Ericcson-Kindl YES PLEASE!! fingers crossed Doughty doesn't get a deal done in LA -
what about a trade something like this TO Bos : Jiri Hudler, 1st Round Pick(24th) To Det : Greg Campbell, 1st Round Pick(9th) Huder- 73GP 10G 27A -7 Campbell- 80GP 13G 16A +11 We would get back a gritty guy with a little size, good on the PK,fights, hits and has some offence and the Bruins would get back a more offensive guy that they could defintly use right now Hudler could also play on the Bruins PP which they do need. Also we would be saving some more Cap and could use it to bring in another top 6 guy UFA
-
I dont think Laich gets much more then he maid this season, he played 4 more games this season over last and had 11 less PTS he probably makes 2.25-2.50 this season
-
Adam Pardy 6'2 206LBS He's a big body who is willing to fight handles himself well in his own zone 30GP 1G 6A +3 not the most offensive but i like the kid Brooks Laich 6'2 205LBS another big guy that can skate well, hits, fights, good both ends of the ice if he has to and can defintly help out on the offensive side of the game. With the Caps more then likely making some changes this off-season and Laich being a UFA i think he is something the Wings could use. Zetterberg-Datsyuk-Franzen Laich-Filppula-Bertuzzi Holmstrom-Cleary-Hudler Abdelkader-Helm-Murisak Miller or Eaves
