They have a chance. But I just don't see it happening, I don't even think they will make the playoffs unless the make some changes.

The Red Wings can't laugh at any one this season. Plus we need to forgot about what Chicago does and worry about the teams that are right in competition against.

It is a lot easier to have football and basketball in the same facility, then to have hockey and football. An ice rink takes a lot of time to set up and dismantle, where for the basketball games they really only have to put some wood down, and then pick it up. Ford Field, while cool wouldn't be logical. There is a chance that it would be used for football all the way up until the end of January.

They need to get out of the Joe, but I think if they do go to the Palace it will be for more then just a year or two. It's going to be hard to get a new arena built in these times, especally when the Tigers and Lions just got new stadiums as well. I think that if the Pistons are going to move back downtown it may be easier to get the arena deal done.

I love to watch all sports from Soccer, Hockey, Basketball, Football. Baseball is my favorite though.
