"And So Say All of You"-The Pineapple Thief

Well if you want someone who is going to be around for just a little while longer than most of your choices but is off the beaten path, why not go with Cleary? Think that might be my next one actually.

Personally the line I'm most interested in seeing gel is the Hudler-Modano-Cleary line. That's the "what if..." line for me. What if Hudler proves to be the offensive dynamo everyone thinks he can be? What if the change in scenery energizes Modano? What if Cleary comes through on his promise to make up for last season & plays like a beast? I think it's those 3 that can turn this season into a truly magical one if they all come through.

I think it's a great trend too but I consider knowledgeable female fans to be the norm, not the exception, at least based on my family. Case in point, my little sister's husband was never much of a sports fan at all until she started dragging him to baseball games where she taught him the game. Personally, I don't have much respect for the pink jersey crowd or hanger-ons based on growing up in a house where my sisters were as big of sports fans as I was. On a side note & not to be sexist...I think when women know their sports & know them well, their hotness goes up at least 2 or 3 notches.

I'm pretty sure that he did. Seeing someone wear #4 for the Wings has not been a rare occurrence.

Whatever he wears, I just hope he stays away from 22.

If there is a HoF for saying the phrase "For sure..." in an interview, Homer would be in on the first ballot. Hockey HoF? Not so much.

Franzen is probably going to be the next one I go with too. Almost went that route on the team Sweden jersey I got during the Olympics but changed to Z at the last minute. Out of the ones listed on the poll, I would go Howard.

This is what has me excited most about Sheahan putting on the Winged Wheel one day. From the freep... You noticed Sheahan's size out there," Nill said of Riley Sheahan (6-feet-2, 200 pounds), drafted 21st overall last month. "Guys take runs and bounce off him." More of this please!

From what I've seen, the cap hit was never the issue in Pitt. The issue was them not wanting to give him a third year given he's 35+. They didn't want to take the risk of being stuck with the cap hit if he hung it up after the first or second year of the contract.

Born & raised a fan of the Cleveland Browns. Ask me if I'm a fan of the Baltimore Ravens now That's pretty much the only thing that could happen for me to switch allegiances from the Wings.
