I have to say that Pav is #2 based on the fact that the timing of his goals have been HUGE for the team. He seems to step up at all the right moments.

1 and 4 on NBC this regular season. Lost to Chicago, Pittsburgh, & Philly with the lone win being the previously mentioned comeback vs the Hawks.

I doubt that Babs at this point in his career or the players for that matter really have much need for bulletin board material to get motivated for the playoffs. I think that if/when Babs gets wind of those comments, all he'll really do is get a good laugh out of it.

this ^^^ I work with a number of people who are very familiar with the Phoenix area or are there currently. From what they say, the hike to Glendale can be absolute murder, especially if you live on the other side of the city. The move & general lack of other things to do in the Glendale area has done a lot to kill off interest in going to games in that market.

A few months later, they’re now known within the team as Lloyd Christmas (Helm) and Harry Dunne, the delightfully bumbling best friends of the movie “Dumb and Dumber.”

The Wings will re-sign Lebda & give him the C... It will absolutely be Z. If I remember correctly, there were stories floating around early in his career that pretty much stated that the organization was grooming him to be their future captain. It's a fait accompli once Lids walks away from the game. As for the A's, I could see Kronner & Rafi being next in line to join Pavs depending on when both Lids & Draper are done.
